Less than a mile inland from Green Island Bay, this charming house is just an hour's drive from Montego Bay and only 15 minutes by car to the famous 7 miles of Negril's white beaches. Back to nature but with the comforts of home it is a private property suitable for one or two couples or a family of four looking for a tranquil and unspoilt rural retreat. The covered verandah which looks out onto lush, green countryside runs around the house and provides an outdoor living space equipped with dining table and chairs, hammocks, a sofa and easy chairs. Inside, there are two bedrooms, a kitchen with gas stove and fridge freezer, and a shower room with basin, wc and shower. Prices include accommodation, all amenities, welcome pack and maid service. Transport to the airport and meals are at additional cost.

Towels and linens are included in one's accommodation. The rooms are cleaned daily by the maid who lives on property. Bed linens are changed every 2 to 3 nights. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is for the sole benefit of the guests. They do not share it with anyone else. Pool toys and games are available.
Outdoor swing at Sir Guango is a must for children and for total peace of mind.

Outside
The swimming pool is for the sole use of the guests. It is not shared with anyone else. It has lounge chairs on the pool deck. Relax in the garden. Read a book, see the hummingbirds zoom pass. Here the natural sounds of the crickets.
Coast/Beach
We are located 15 minutes drive away from the famous 7 mile white sandy beach called Negril and 15 minutes drive away from Bulls Bay local beach. Arrangement can be made for a visit to the cliffs of Negril.
Golf
The nearest golf course is approximately 20 minutes drive. it is on the outskirts of negril's famous 7 mile beach. Arrangement can be made for transport to and from the golf course.
Travel
The nearest airport is Sangster's International Airport which is in the city of Montego Bay. This is roughly 45 minutes to an hours drive away. We recommend transports to and fromthe airport. This is at extra cost. Car hire is available also chartering of buses or cars.
Distances
The nearest area of interest would be Negril it is 15 minutes drive away.
A water park was recently built which is enjoyable for children.
Further details
There are local shops, supermarkets and restaurants within Green Island. Cass the maid is available to do your shopping if necessary. Banks and Cambios are also available.
Booking notes
Once booked a deposit must be made to hold the room. This can be arranged directly with the Manager.

I did not know there would have been anywhere better than where I stayed in Negril but I do take back my words.
Excellent and helpful staff.
My children loved it, from the swimming pool to the swing, they did not want to leave.
