Private villa just 150 metres from Bottom Bay beach, with fully fenced, landscaped garden and pool. Plenty of room for young children to play safely whilst you relax on the patio or in the pool. Recently constructed and newly furnished throughout, the villa is situated at the entrance to Atlantic Rising, a small development of 35 homes. Sam Lord's Castle, The Crane Hotel and beach, and Miami beach are all within 5- 10 minutes drive from Allamanda. This is a comfortable "home from home" and an ideal base from which to explore the island. A car is recommended.

Outside
Covered patio overlooking pool with private fenced and gated garden. Pool 21ft x 12ft x 4ft 6ins deep approx. is for your sole use. There is a large lawned area to the side of the villa which is suitable for playing, BBQ or dining. Enjoy the Atlantic breezes as you relax in the lanscaped gardens. After a day exploring the Island enjoy a view of the palm trees at Bottom Bay with a rum & coke and a dip in your pool. Lots of little "home from home" touches ensure your stay is relaxing & enjoyable.
Coast/Beach
Picturesque Bottom Bay is 150 metres from the villa but there are many more to choose from a few minutes drive away including the Crane Beach, & Miami Beach. Our personal favourite is Rockley at Christchurch. Safe waves for bodyboarding and shops, internet and local cafes across the road when you want a break from the sun! Surfing, kite boarding and diving are all available - details in information pack in the villa.
Travel
The Villa is 15 minutes drive from Grantley Adams airport where a hire car or taxi can be easily arranged. A hire car is recommended to enjoy the full benefit of the island.
Distances
The Villa is situated 20 minutes drive from Bridgetown and 15 minutes from St Lawrence Gap where there is a wide selection of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Barbados has so much to see & do across the island - Sunbury Plantation, Ocean Park Aquarium as well as Harrisons Cave for example. Free map and Island guide when you book.
Further details
Emerald City Shopping Centre is 5 minutes drive away and includes bank, cash point, pharmacy, supermarket, video hire, post office, petrol station and Chefette with childrens' play area.

Booking deposit of 25%, balance payable 6 weeks before departure. Our local agent will meet you at the villa on arrival.
