Santa Maria is located in a quiet condominium complex (4 small condominium blocks), with its own management office, security staff (gated community), gardens, tennis court, pool, gazebo, and a private path to its own sheltered small beach with white sand. Guests can enjoy a dip in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea, the secluded swimming pool, meals in the gazebo, and easy access to many of the Ocho Rios attractions (1 Km to the main town, but only 300m from the luxury Ocho Rios hotels).
There are several attractions nearby, including Dunns River Falls and Dolphin Cove. All the fun and entertainment of a North Coast resort town are within easy access, or you can just enjoy the privacy of your own apartment, with the beach just a few metres away. This property is ideally suited to families or any one who prefers a quiet more intimate Caribbean vacation. This year there is added attraction with the Cricket World Cup taking place in Jamaica during March 2007.

Upton Golf Course is approx 2 miles distance. Other golf courses are located in Runaway Bay which is not far away.
Travel
Montego Bay is the closest airport and takes approx 2 hours to reach by car. Car hire is readily available and recommended but not essential. Local taxis are cheap and easy to come by. We can recommend taxis to pick you up from the airport.
