Casa Lauren is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa. Situated 250m from the Marina in Playa Blanca and a 5 minute walk to Playa Dorada Beach. Playa Blanca Village is only a 15 minute walk along the beautiful Seafront. Ideal for those who don't want to bother to hire a car as bars and restaurants are all an easy walk away. The villa is furnished to a high standard with a heated pool, air conditioning, Satellite Sky TV. There is even a playroom for the kids with their own TV/DVD and Playstation and a toy box with plenty of toys and games to keep them occupied. An ideal location for all facilities but still within a quiet area and the benefit of a luxury villa with everything you could want for a fabulous holiday.

The Utility has a washing machine/iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms:
The lounge/dining room are furnished to the highest of standards.

Other:
There is a playroom with separate TV, DVD and Playstation 2 to keep the little ones amused. Plenty of DVDs and toys!

Outside you will find the private electric heated pool, patio with sunloungers and barbecue. There is also a safety fence which can be put around the pool should you wish to keep the young ones safe.

Playa Dorada Beach is 5 min walk along the sea front.

Car hire is not required.

Distances
The beautiful Marina with excellent restaurants and bars is just 250m from the Villa. Playa Blanca is a 15 min walk along the sea front.

Location is great, we walked everywhere. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Villa was well equipped for 2 small kiddies, who loved the pool and the playroom for a rest in the afternoon. Coleman Family, Dublin.

This is our second time staying at your Villa. Once again we had a fab time. We came this time with our 5 month old baby!
