Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect holiday "home from home", relax in the private, secluded garden or by the large communal pool. The house is located on a quiet residential complex in the Costa Antigua area of the island close to the busier resort town of Caleta de Fuste, they are joined by a beautiful coastal walk which is inhabited by hilarious chipmunks. There are a growing number of services within walking distance of our house including 3 bars, 3 restaurants, bakers, 2 supermarkets and a chip shop. The spacious accommodation and year round sunshine ensures a stress free holiday for both couples and families. A comfortable and beautifully furnished house is the perfect holiday "home from home".

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Check in is normally 2pm and check out 10am. This can be flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The spacious and tastefully decorated master bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and the panoramic window has a sea view. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and ample storage. Each room has a ceiling mounted fan and there are two portable tower fans. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom on the first floor has a powerful shower over the bath. The WC on the ground floor makes for a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is provided. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen diner is fully equipped and can seat 5 for dinner. There is a full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, toastie maker and kettle. This allows you to dine in in style. |
| Utility Room: | An iron and ironing board is provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious and cool lounge has a large L-shaped sofa perfect for the whole family to lounge on. There is a TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi, Sony PlayStation with a selection of games, DVDs and CDs. |
| Other: | The dining area can comfortably seat 5 for dinner. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and bedlinen provided. We request you bring your own beach towels. A mid stay clean can be arranged if you wish. For a small charge a welcome pack of groceries can be arranged. Private return airport transfers can also be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
Each room has a ceiling mounted fan, there are two further tower fans and for a small fee a portable air conditioner can be provided. A safe is provided in the master bedroom.

Outside
The small private garden is very secluded. Being north facing it enjoys sun and shade. There are 2 sunloungers that can also be taken to the pool and a large table and chairs. A barbecue is provided to make the most of outdoor living.
Coast/Beach
The house is 2 minutes from the coastal walk that will bring you to the busier resort town of Caleta de Fuste with its horse shoe shaped sandy beach. The coastal path takes 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi.
Golf
There are two European tour quality golf courses a 10 minute drive from our house. There is a free bus service to the golf course from a near by hotel.
Travel
The house is only 15 minutes form the airport. We do recommend car hire. There is however good public transport links including a free bus which departs a nearby hotel and links to the golf course and the Atlantico Centre shopping complex. Private tranfers to and from the airport can be arranged for €30 (payable locally).
Further details
A 30 minute drive or bus journey will take you to the dunes of Corralejo, a 45 minute journey and you can enjoy the vast stretches of quiet beaches at Sotavento in the South. A pleasant 20 minute walk along the coastal pathway takes you to the resort town of Caleta de Fuste. Costa Antigua is rapidly developing into a quality area with many high quality holiday homes and a growing number or bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
There are plenty of hotels with family entertainment, you can also go to the cinema or bowling. Just outside Caleta there are two golf courses, you can also arrange sea fishing, scuba diving, visit the oceanarium, go on an off road buggy adventure, go on a trike tour.......there's something for everyone.
Booking notes
A £50/€50 deposit per week confirms your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before travel. Full payment is required if booking within 8 weeks of travel. We also require a £100/€100 fully refundable breakages deposit. Full conditions are available on our website.
