The villa is ideally located in a quiet and private newly completed development 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the heart of the picturesque village of Playa Blanca (less than 5 minutes by car). Spacious accomodation includes 2 double bedrooms with ensuite facilities, two twin bedrooms, large bathroom, extra large kitchen, L shaped dining room cum sitting room and family room with sofa bed. Home entertainment includes a 37" flat screen Satellite TV (including Sky Sports) with DVD, and sound system. The family room also has a TV with Playstation 2. Patio doors lead to the pool area from the sitting room and three of the bedrooms. There is a spacious terrace and barbecue area complete with cushioned sun loungers and large dining table and chairs. The terrace is bordered on one side by a 4 hole putting green and on the other by an extensive play grass area. The gated and walled garden gives a high degree of privacy. The property is just 30 minutes from Arrecife airport.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Thursday but this can be flexible and every effort will be made to cater for required travel dates.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo, just 15 minutes walk from the villa. This sandy beach is very safe for children and ideal for swimming. It takes just 5 minutes by car to reach Playa Dorada, a beach which is a favourite with water sports enthusiasts whilst 10 minutes by car brings you to the natural beaches in the peaceful Papagayo area suitable for sunbathing and snorkelling.
Golf
The villa is located about 20 minutes drive from super new golf course adjacent to Puerto del Carmen (Tias). This challenging course is very well presented and greatly enhances the attraction of Lanzarote as a golf destination, complimenting the island's first golf course (Costa Teguise). Having walked it I recommend taking a buggy! In addition a short boat trip to play the Fuerta Ventura Golf Resort course (host to the 2004 Spanish Open) in Caleta de Fuste (1 hour drive when you take the ferry from Playa Blanca to Fuerta Ventura) is well worth planning as it makes for a wonderful day out.
Travel
Arrecife airport is just a 30 minute drive from this property. The harbour at Playa Blanca is less than 5 minutes by car and from here ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura.
Distances
Playa Blanca is just 5 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. Located on the South coast of the Island this tranquil resort retains the charm and atmosphere of a small fishing village but yet plays host to a wonderful array of shops with many and varied restaurants lining the extensive promenade.
Further details
The resort is well served with a range of banks and supermarkets as well as taxis if you wish to leave the car.
Booking notes
To secure bookings a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security deposit is also payable, which is full refunded assuming there is no damage or breakages. A booking made within 4 weeks of departure qualifies for a £50 reduction.

We have returned safely from our trip to Lanzarote. It was great fun and we had ample time to be spend with our children and recharge our batteries.

Just a note to say the villa was great and we had a great time - the villa was lovely and clean and towels changed during our stay and also the pool cleaned - Very spacious villa and near to walk into Playa Blanca but if you want a little peace and quiet its great for that too!! The pool area is great and even used the BBQ - A great place to spend my 40th birthday Thanks. KD 06.02.09.
