Our one bedroom has undergone full a refurbishment on the popular complex of Garden City with shared heated swimming pool. Close to everything you require for your holiday, it is the perfect place to unwind and get into relax mode!

Notes on prices
Extra person is £25 per person. Extra child is £15. Travel cot and high chair is available free of charge. Please bring your own linen for a travel cot.
Changeover day
Friday - Friday bookings prefered. Departure time is usually 10am. We would endeavor to have the apartment ready for your arrival, whatever your arrival time!. In quieter times we would look at changing the changeover day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Suitable for 3 adults, or 2 adults 2 children, it has 2 single beds with a 3rd which pulls out from under the other beds (this is a proper bed!). Ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe and separate draws. Tastefully decorated. |
| Bathrooms: | Full bathroom suite, with bath/shower, wc and wash basin. Ample storage space, towels provided on a weekly basis. A hairdryer is also provided. |
| Kitchen: | Superb kitchen area with all new fixture and fittings: Hob, microwave, mini oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. Plenty of work space. All cutlery/crockery provided. Starter packs can be provided at a small charge. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with TV, DVD, CD and Hi-fi unit. British TV channels are available. Leather sofa. Fold up bed can be provided for a 4th child. |

Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
We clean the property for your arrival. Linen and towels are provided, however, you will need to bring your own beach towels. A linen change is provided every 7 days. If required, we can provide a midweek service for a charge.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the second floor, which does have a lift.
Outside
The complex boasts 2 pools, one heated in the winter, and a kiddies club. There is a pool bar, mini market, gym and reception area on site. The balcony is 10 sq.m. with sea views and has sunshine until approx 4.30 (summer time). It has a table, chairs and umbrella. There is a sea view.
Coast/Beach
There are an abundance of beaches within walking distance. The marina is 5 mins walk with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Idea position far all.
Golf
5 superb courses nearby.
Travel
Car hire is not required, however, there is a car park to the rear of the complex.
Distances
The apartments are within walking distance of most amenities. The bus station is 5 mins walk and taxis are readily available throughout the day. The airport is 20 mins drive away.
