Kitchen: Fully fitted, well equipped modern kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This leads through to patio doors on to the upper terrace and alfresco dining and breakfast area.
Living Rooms: Two spacious living rooms - the upper has fantastic sea views and large patio doors to the upper terrace, Leather sofas, 40" LCD TV, DVD,Sky box full sky package, A/C. The downstairs lounge 2 leather sofa, LCD TV, patio leading to lower terrace, and pool.
Other: The lower sun terrace provides a more shaded area with outside dining area,
Gazebo and pool/air hockey table.

Towels, beach towels and linen are provided for use at the villa. It will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. Towels and linen will be changed weekly. Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Bella Vista is a beautiful architect designed, luxury 2 storey villa, furnished and decorated to a very high standard by the owners. This villa is ideal for children with child gates preventing access to pool area as well as stairs. Guests will receive a welcome pack of essential provisions on arrival. Other facilities available: Playstation 2, hairdryer, IPod docking speakers, pool /air hockey table. safety deposit box, Air Con, WiFI. (Cots and high chairs, bikes, Fans,small charge).

Outside
A large terrace runs along the upper floor of the villa where you can enjoy the sun all day whilst overlooking the superb private swimming pool that offers wonderful sea views across to the islands of Fuerteventura. The pool is heated and accessed by steps, Patio doors on the upper terraces lead from the Kitchen, upper living room and master bedroom. Lower terrace has patio doors leading from the lower lounge, second and third bedroom and is perfect for private sunbathing or outdoor games.

Coast/Beach
The beach, seafront and promenade are only 2 minutes walk away. The promenade takes you through the resort of Playa Blanca, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Flamingo Beach is 20 minutes walk from the villa and is ideal for families with younger children or Playa Dorada Beach for the more adventurous with water sports and only a ten minute drive away. The Promenade extends from the Light house through and beyond Playa Blanca to Papagayo, making it ideal for those romantic walks!

Golf
There are two golf courses on the island, one is situated at Tias, which is an half hours drive from Playa Blanca, and the other is 40 minutes drive away at Costa Teguise.

Travel
Arrecife airport is a 40 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential, but recommended as it will enable you to enjoy the many wonderful places of interest that the island of Lanzarote has to offer.
Buses run regularly from outside the Rubicon Hotel which is situated next to the villas into Playa Blanca and around the Island.

10 mins walk to nearest, and some of the best bars and restaurants
10 mins walk to nearest supermarket
30 mins walk or 5 min drive to Playa Blanca Old Town
40 mins walk or 10 min drive to Marina Rubicon (marina with designer shops and restaurants and a twice weekly craft market).

Further details
The villa is located in an ideal location gives easy access to the beaches and sea front promenade; it is only a five minute walk to the 5* H10 Rubicon Palace Hotel where you can enjoy its many facilities available at a small charge. It is also well worth noting, that as long as you buy a drink all the hotels are quite happy for you to enjoy their evening entertainment, which can be very enjoyable with most hotels performing excellent shows on a nightly basis.

Booking notes
Prices are based on upto 4 people sharing, there is an additional charge of £75 per person per week, upto a maximum of 6 people (infants under 2 years excluded). Please email for a booking form. 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Remainder due 10 weeks prior to departure. You will not be able to access the Villa before 2.30pm on the day of arrival and will be expected to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.

About the owner
We have been living on the island since 2002 and visited the island many times before. With such beautiful scenery and all year round sunshine it was the perfect place to take life a little easier! We decided to build Villa Bella Vista as a family venture with our son and his family. They have been visiting us for many years and our grandchildren have many wonderful memories of holidays in Lanzarote from fishing with grandad, to exploring under sea in the submarine in Puerto Calero or whizzing down the waterslides at the Aqua Park. We hope you decide to come and stay and have as much fun as we have over the years!

With the amazing frontline views from the balcony or next to the pool it is easy to see why we chose this villa. It has panoramic views across to Fuerteventura, as well as being very close to the beach and restaurants.
