Changeover day
Changeover days tend to be Wednesday or Saturday due to the majority of flights being on these days, although we can be flexible. Check out time is 10am on day of departure, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Amazing bathroom with walk-in shower, all finished in marble. Hand basin, toilet and bidet. Large marble kitchen, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, wine and beer glasses etc for up to four guests. Hairdryer, iron & ironing board. 2 large modern beige sofas, coffee table, 24" stereo TV, DVD satellite. Patio door directly onto 30ft terrace with views over beach. Table and 4 chairs and wooden parasol, complimentary lighting for long warm evenings on the terrace. Villa cleaned weekly and luxury bath towels. |

Notes on accommodation
We respectfully request that you do not smoke inside Casa Bella. We adore animals, but sorry no pets.
Outside
Casa Bella is completely detached and private with its own locked gated entrance.
An exclusive location with lush gardens with tropical plants. Direct access onto the best beach on the island.
Coast/Beach
Amazing Costa Calma/Jandia/Sotavento beach right outside your door. Great for sunbathing, walking and swimming in waist deep, crystal clear waters. You can walk along 15miles of the best beaches direct from your front door. 1/2mile away to nature reserve with waist deep lagoons.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses at Caleta de Fuste (30 mins drive north) and one on the Jandia peninsula (15 mins drive south). There is also a 9-hole pitch and putt course in La Pared, 3 miles west of Costa Calma across the peninsula. A new golf complex has recently opened at Las Playitas which is 25 minutes drive north.
Special interest holidays
Excellent watersports. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving and fishing right on the beach.
Travel
35 mins drive to main airport in Puerto Del Rosario so car hire adviseable, please contact us for recommendations of hire companies.
Meet and Greet service always provided by polite and friendly British Property Managers, who remain your point of contact if required, whilst on holiday. They can also provide airport transfers please request well in advance.
Distances
Costa Calma is a moderately sized resort. Restaurants, bars, banks, shopping centres, leisure facilities and supermarkets are within 2 mins walk of Casa Bella. Jandia Playa and Morro Jable are further south but are still only 15 mins drive away. They all have a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, weekly markets and shops. Caleta de Fuste is 30 minutes drive north where you will find a shallow protected bay, a small busy port and the Atlantico Center shopping and cinema complex.
Further details
In July World Cup windsurfing and kite surfing events are held over a 2 week period on the Sotavento Beach.
The Oasis Park at La Lajita is 10 mins drive away where there is a zoo, large botanical garden and cactus park, camel rides and numerous animal shows.

Please note that there is a 60 euro final cleaning charge payable in resort upon arrival.
