Changeover day
Change over days are flexible. Check in time after 2pm and check out before 11am to give cleaning company enough time to get villa ready for next arrival.

Costa Teguise is only a 20 minute drive from Arrecife airport, and flights arrive most days of the week from Dublin and UK.

Porta Del Carmen is only a short drive from the resort.

Costa Teguise is a purpose built resort and is regarded as the most exclusive part of Lanzarote, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is situated on the southcoast of the island and has beautiful man made beaches popular with families, couples young and old. Locally there is a vast selection of bars and restaurants and shops.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure date, cancellation terms are 50% refund of full payment if cancelled 4 weeks prior to departure date. We do not charge a breakable/damages deposit. We pay for cleaning before arrival and on departure. Arrangements for extra cleaning must be made when guests arrive with cleaning company at own expense.
