The stunning Villa Jade Marie II is an exceptional, 5* luxury villa. Situated in an elevated position on a one of the prime plots of this development, therefore commanding the most magnificent panoramic sea views to Papagayo beaches, Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Car hire is not considered essential. The nearest supermarket is a 2 minute walk and it is approx a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach/ (Playa Flamingo) bars & restaurants. The villa has a private 8 x 5m electric/solar heated pool and a luxury hot tub/spa. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, with all quality fixtures and fittings. Full air-con, full sky package, 47" LCD TV, DVD player with cinema surround sound, CD player/ i pod docking system, X box 360 with games, pool table, football table and bar. A complimentary welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. Pool towels are also provided. Daily maid service, midweek towel change, weekly linen change. Accessibility
Due to the number of steps/stairs which these villas have, they are not suitable for wheelchairs or the less mobile.

Outside
The south facing outside terraces are set on 3 levels with the most fabulous panoramic sea views, built-in BBQ, heated private pool, large luxury spa/hot tub, dining table, retractable awing canopy over the outside dining area, sun loungers, parasol and a built-in seating area complete with cushions and coffee table. Pool towels are provided.

Coast/Beach
Approx 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the magnificent Papagayo beaches which is well worth a visit.
A beautiful promenade stretches approx 3 miles from one end of town to Papagayo at the other with the sea on one side and shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca on the other.
Cycle hire is available locally.

Golf
Golf courses:
Costa Tequise - 30 mins drive.
Puerto Del Carmen - 20 mins drive.

How to get there
The airport is Arrecife (ACE) and transfer time is approx 20/25 minutes to Playa Blanca. If you are not hiring a car taxis are readily available outside of the airport and these cost approx 45 euros each way or you can if you wish pre-book private transfers.

Nearest beach/bars/restaurants - 10 mins walk.
Punta Limones - 15 mins walk (bars, restaurants and ferry port).
Playa Blanca village - 20 mins walk (numerous shops, bars and restaurants).
Taxi rank - 1 min walk.
Marina Rubicon - 5 mins drive.
Two brand new Aqua Parks approx 5 mins walk from the villa.

Further details
Playa Blanca village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets. The promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars, with something to suit every taste.
The New Marina Rubicon has designer shops, upmarket bars and restaurants you will also find a bowling alley here.
There is a market held twice weekly in Playa Blanca (Sat and Wed).
An hourly ferry service operates from the harbour at Punta Limones, there are also several boat trips available from here.
A variety of water sports can be found at the Playa Dorada beach.
Other places of interest include the Timanfaya National Park, 15 mins drive, El Golfo 20 mins drive and the very pretty villages of Femes and Yaiza 10 mins drive.
Water Park 30 mins drive in Costa Tequise, go-karts 20 mins drive, Fuerteventura 20 mins by ferry.

Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. All prices are based on 4 persons and an additional £80 pp per week does apply for each additional guest (aged 2 and under stay free of charge). Peak time £1600 is the price regardless of the no of guests.
There is also a £200 security deposit required, this can be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing the property is handed over in good order with no damages incurred.

WOW-What a villa-with it's luxurious facilities, fabulous views and in a very peaceful area. We enjoyed it so much that we wish we had booked for longer.
