Our secluded pool

This three bedroom, two bathroom villa is set in mature gardens close to the local village. It has all amenities available down to the dishwasher in its very modern kitchen. The lounge with its beamed feature timbered roof gives the property an elegant look. Outside the extremely generous sized swimming pool set in mature gardens is just the place to relax, and chill out. The villa is very roomy throughout giving it a light airy feel. Loungers are provided for chilling out round the secluded pool as is a table and chairs for eating outside under the pergola.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Wednesday but may be flexible.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite with basin and shower.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with freestanding wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: |
There is an ensuite to bedroom 1 with a shower and a main bathroom which has a bath/shower. Both bathrooms have vanity units, toilets, basins, electric points for razors etc and are genrously sized rooms. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you will need, cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious lounge dining area with its feature timber roof is fitted out with Satellite TV, Sony hifi (plug in your ipod), 32" TV, video and DVD player (there are over 40 DVDs/videos). Three piece suite with coffee table + dining table for 6. |

Outside
Outside there is a generously sized (9m x 4.5) solar heated pool with shower. The solar heating is computer controlled to maximse efficiency. Loungers are provided for chilling out round the pool. There is a BBQ and also table and chairs for six for eating outside under the pergola. The house and pool stand in the grounds of over 1,000 sq mtrs. The area is secluded and has beautiful landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
El Pino is located in the quiet village of Lajares. The village is approx 10 km from the beautiful sand dune beaches of Corallejo and 8 km from the beaches at El Cotillo.
Travel
El Pino is approx 35km from the airport and a car is essential to enjoy the villa to the full. There are however frequent buses to both Corallejo and El Cotillo.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit is requierd to book the villa with balance payable 6 week prior to departure.
