If you are looking for a relaxing holiday while overlooking a fantastic view on a sunny balcony with restaurants and live music bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment, then you have found the right place to book. The main beach is only about 10 minutes walk and a smaller beach 5 minutes walk. All water sports are catered for and a ferry leaves each day from the marina to Fuerteventura and one to Puerto Calero. You can also take the cliff walk to Puerto Calero which takes about 40 mins. NB. Even if the dates you want are shown as booked, we can probably find alternative accommodation with good sea views on the same complex.
Changeover day
Thursday is the normal change over day but we are flexible with the dates as much as possible.

Maid service is provided once a week to change towels and replace the linen. Two bath towels, two hand towels, dish cloths and tea towels are provided as well as linen for the beds. |

Accessibility
The apartments are not suitable for the elderly infirm or disabled as there are a number of steps up to the apartments.
Outside
There is a bar available on the complex which is open from 10.00 am - 7.00 pm and a large sun terrace with sunbeds. There is a top and bottom pool connected with a slide, the top pool is suitable for children.
Coast/Beach
The main sandy beach is 10 mins walk and there is a smaller sandy beach 5 mins walk.
Golf
15 mins to local golf course.
Travel
The airport is 15 mins by car. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
Arriceffe, which is the capital is 15 mins away by car.

About the owner
My wife and I live in mainland Spain between Valencia and Barcelona on the costa Dorado having moved from Ireland in 2005.
We moved to Ireland from England in 1997 and developed a four story house into apartments which we rented out successfully for 8 years. We loved Ireland (my wife is from Dublin) but we wanted somwhere warmer to retire so we came to Spain.
Having holidayed in the Canaries several times over the years we decided to buy property in Lanzarote as an investment for our retirement. We chose Lanzarote as it was the least developed and still retained a lot of Spanish charm as well as catering for all tastes of holidays. We found two apartments.

We chose Lanzarote for its all year round sunny climate and for being the least devloped of the Canaries while still retaining a lot of Spanish charm as well as catering for all tastes in holidays.
Puerto del Carmen is the most lively of the resorts on the island and appeals to us because it is always busy and there are lots of good restaurants and Irish music bars to visit for a good night out.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartments are exactly what we were looking for, facing south, having stunning views over the sea and being close to all amenities.
