The apartment is situated in a prime location within the attractive modern ‘El Mirador’ complex in Los Cristianos, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is furnished to a high standard, hoping to attract people who appreciate quality, to give them a relaxing and memorable holiday. The apartment boasts unrestricted views over Los Cristianos and the Atlantic Ocean from a 40sqm balcony which incorporates a relaxing 'chill out' and dining area. From the balcony a spiral staircase leads to a further 80sqm private roof top solarium equipped with loungers, umbrella's and even a shower to cool you down in the all day long sunshine. El Mirador has two pool areas. The surrounding area has a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A short taxi ride takes you to the lively Las America's and surrounding contrasting resorts.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts may be available for longer term lets (over 1 month). Special prices may be available for immediate travel, (within 1 month). The price payable is secured at time of booking.
Changeover day
Bookings are taken normally from Friday to Friday. We will try to be flexible regarding access to the apartment on arrival and departure, but if we do have concurrent bookings normal check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am.

Two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with twin beds. Both have double wardrobes, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to the balcony. Bedroom two has a free safety deposit box. |

En-suite bathroon to the main bedroom with vanity unit and large mirror, full size bath, shower, wc and bidet. There is also a separate shower room with sink, wc and bidet. |

Spacious, fully equipped open plan American-style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and kettle all provided. Settings for 6 people. Includes extra storage space, iron/board. |

Open plan lounge, includes suite, with sofa converting to a double bed to sleep an extra two people (if needed). TV with satellite, DVD, CD/radio and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the balcony with further 'chill out' seating and dining area. |

Bedlinen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. Apartment cleaned prior to arrival. Linen change provided for two week stays. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note: It is a non smoking apartment. The apartment is suitable for families with children who are very welcome. However please note we are not able to provide cots and supervision will be required at the pool. No pets are allowed on the complex. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise while staying at the apartment. It is recommended you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Accessibility
The apartment is up one flight of stairs, so is not suitable for wheelchair access, also please note if you have a push chair or 'buggy' for children.
Outside
Large balcony 40sqm with dining table and 6 chairs, and a comfortable 'chill out' seating area incorporating a double sofa and two separate chairs and coffee table. Shade is provided by two large 3m umbrella's. The private roof top solarium is accessed by a spiral staircase from the balcony, includes four sun loungers, two relaxing chairs, drinks tables and further umbrella's. It also incorporates a shower.
Coast/Beach
El Mirador is situated a short 10 minute walk away from the sea front in Los Cristianos, with its picturesque promenade overlooking the beach and harbour. A second stretch of beach, Las Vistas is just a further 5 minutes walk away.
Golf
For the golf enthusiasts, there are four 18 hole courses within a 10 min drive and a 9 hole par 27 course 5 min drive away making the complex a perfect centre point for all of the courses. Courses include Adeje, Amarilla, Golf Del Sur and Las Americas.
Travel
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia which is approx. 15 minutes drive away, and about 25 euros by taxi. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
The centre of Los Cristianos is 10 minutes walk away. From the seafront the 5km Geranium Walk Promenade, stretches the coastline boasting some of the best beaches in Tenerife. Which includes the ‘lively’ Las Americas, famous for its nightlife and Marina, the watersports at Fanabe, the exclusive 5 star ‘Del Dulce’ resort, and the quaint fishing village of La Calleta. All walkable for enthusiasts however a short taxi ride (or the local bus) may be preferred.
Further details
El Mirador is ideally suited for those looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in peaceful surroundings. This private residential complex is set away from the town centre so is quieter however is very close to many restaurants, cafes, shops and bars and the new commercial centre close to the Paradise Park Hotel. The taxi rank close by provides easy accessibility to the nearby resorts. Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village still retains its charm and Spanish tradition. Down in the heart of the old town, which is only a 10 minute stroll, you are spoilt for choice with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops spread throughout its quaint streets. Its also famous for its Sunday morning market, for your holiday souveniers. The focal point being the picturesque promenade overlooking the beach and harbour. There is a regular ferry from the bustling harbour to explore the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma, also boat trips to see the whales and dolphins. Famous for its water sports, if you can pull yourself away from the fabulous beaches, there are two water parks in the area along with various animal parks/zoos to entertain the whole family.
Booking notes
A £200 non refundable deposit/bond is payable in advance to secure bookings, with the full rental due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if travelling within 8 weeks. Please note: in case of cancellation deposit/bonds are non refundable. Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks – no refund A named adult over the age of 23 is required for all bookings. No single group bookings.
