'Villa Davella' is a Lovely detached villa with its own private solar heated swimming pool, it is situated in half an acre of well-tended colourful gardens. From the front there are panoramic views of the sea across to Fuerteventura and to the rear spectacular hillside views of La Asomada. This peaceful location is only 10 mins drive from Arrecife Airport and the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday. The villa is ready from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedroom 1 has double bed with traditional pine furniture and en-suite shower room and large floor safe.
Bedroom 2 has double bed with traditional pine furniture. Both double bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds. |

En-suite shower room to bedroom 1 has large double shower, WC and vanity unit.
Family bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 has bath, shower over bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet. |
| Kitchen: |
The large well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite worktops, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and is great for gourmet meals or just a quick snack. (Dishwasher will be fitted in 2008.) |
| Utility Room: |
There is a utility/drying area with washing machine, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: |
The bright open plan living and dining area has a flat screen LCD television with surround sound, Sky TV including channels 4 and 5, DVD player and CD/radio/cassette stereo system which also has a mini stereo socket to plug in your own MP3 Player. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Good quality linen, towels and pillows are supplied. There is a weekly linen and towel change and villa clean. Mid week towel change can be provided at no extra charge if required.
We have also provided the use of 2 hair Dryers. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has been owned by the same family for over 15 years and cat lovers will enjoy the company of a small female Siamese cat called 'Marmite' who has lived in the grounds of the villa for the past seven years. She loves the company of all the different families coming and going!
There is no charge for children under 2 years old, or for the use of the cot (or the cat!).

Accessibility
The villa has only a few steps up from the driveway and has a handrail to assist. There is then only 1 step into the villa with easily opening double doors for wheelchair access. The rest of the villa is all on one level with just 1 step down from the outside patio to the swimming pool area and large patio and barbecue area.
Outside
The villa enjoys a south facing terrace with patio furniture, sun beds and barbecue. The 25ft fresh water swimming pool has a solar panel heating system and is cleaned twice weekly with chemicals closely monitored to maintain safe hygiene levels. There is a cover which should be pulled over each night to retain the heat.
Coast/Beach
The long sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The beaches of Playa Blanca at the south of the island are about 20 minutes drive away.
Golf
The villa is only about 20 mins drive from the golf course at Costa Teguise, which welcomes temporary members whilst on holiday. Also, there is a new golf course being built near Tias due to open soon which will only be about 10 minutes drive away from the villa .
Travel
Arrecife airport is only 10 mins drive away. You will need a hire car which we arrange for the competitive price of 140 euros per week for a mid-size 4 door car with air-con (on arrival at the airport you will be met with the car). If required we can book a 9 seater Hyundai people carrier for 350 euros per week. Baby and child seats can be provided at no extra charge (all payments for the car to be made in cash at the airport).
Distances
The central location of the villa means all parts of the island are easily reached in quite a short time, including the Fire Mountain, the Green Caves, Cesar Manrique's Foundation and Cactus Garden to name a few places of interest. The wine making region of the island is within 10 minutes drive from the villa.

Booking notes
£100 deposit per week is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
