Our luxury villa is situated in the Spanish village of Tias which is just 10 minutes drive away from the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Casa Con Vista has fabulous views of the sea. Outside there are 2 large patio areas. The top patio area has table and chairs and barbeque. The lower patio area has the private 10x6 metre heated pool with sun loungers. Both patio areas have large parasols for shade during those long sunny days during the winter and summer. The villa is tiled throughout and is immaculate.

Changeover day
Thursday is the main changeover day. The villa can be occupied from 3.00pm and must be vacated by 11.00am on the leaving day.

Hand towels, bath towels and all linen are provided.
Towels are changed Monday's and Thursday's. If you stay for 2 weeks the villa is cleaned after 1 week. |
Notes on accommodation
Casa Con Vista is an ideal villa for families and couples. It is in a quiet cul de sac on a very large plot not overlooked by other properties. The pool area is very secluded and private.
The swimming pool is very large with magnificent sea views towards Puerto del Carmen.
A cot and high chair are also provided at no extra cost.

Outside
The private heated swimming pool is 10x6 metres.
The patio areas are very spacious with 8 sun loungers.
The top patio has a table and 8 chairs. Both patios have parasols. There is also a bbq on the top patio.
Both patios have magnificent sea views.
Coast/Beach
Puerto del Carmen is a 10 minute car journey away. It is situated on the South coast and is the most popular resort area on the island. The resort has many restaurants, bars and shops. The long sandy beaches stretch many miles along the coastline. It is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Cycles can be hired easily from many places in Puerto del Carmen. Water sports including jet skis, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, boat hire and parascending are all available in Puerto del Carmen or near by.
Golf
Golf can be played at the island's premier golf club at Costa Teguise which is a 10 minute car journey away. The golf course welcomes non members at any time during the year.
Travel
We recommend hiring a car which can be booked and picked up from the airport on arrival. The airport is a 10 minute drive from the villa.Car hire can be arranged from £70.00 per week. It is very easy to obtain taxis. These can also be booked for trips to and from the villa if car hire is not required.
Distances
The main restaurants, and shops are only a short walk or drive away from the villa in the centre of Tias.
Puerto del Carmen is a 10 minute drive away.
All areas of the island are easily accessible by car or public transport.
Further details
Tias is a quiet village with good supermarkets, shops, chemist, excellent restaurants, local bakery, tapas bars, bank and taxi rank.
There are also 2 local shops in easy walking distance from our villa for your essential needs.
Lanzarote is 60 miles off the North West coast of Africa. The climate is dominated by the northeastern trade winds and the warm canary stream produces glorious summer temperatures all year round. The average temperature during the winter months is 22oC. There are breathtaking views to the North of the island to glorious sandy beaches to the south. The island has many places of interest to visit including Timanfaya National Park, which is an amazing phenomenon created by volcanic eruptions over 250 years ago. In the North of the island you will find Cuevas de los Verdes (the green caves) which are lava tunnels produced by the volcanic eruptions. They are one of the longest in the World, stretching 7kms below the sea and visitors can walk 1.5kms down into them.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. A £100 damage security deposit is payable with the balance. This is refunded upon return of the key.
