Changeover day
Sundays are the preferred days of arrival and departure but can be flexible depending on availability. The property must be vacated by 11.30am on departure day.

The accommodation is perfectly suitable for children and a cot can be provided on request.
Accessibility
The property has not been specially adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
The villa is set in its own garden and the patio is ideal for alfresco eating. There is a table and chairs and lighting for the evenings and sun loungers. A short walk through the complex's tropical gardens brings you to the large solar heated swimming pool and smaller one which is ideal for children. The setting is very peaceful and for much of the time you hardly see another soul. There are also 2 tennis courts which can be used for a nominal charge and racquets and balls can be hired from reception.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within walking distance of the town beach, and a short drive takes you to the lovely four / five Papagayo Beaches with their golden sand, from where you can also walk along to secluded coves.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is approx. 40 kilometres away, a 30 minute drive. Although car hire is not essential you might want to look around the island and we suggest hiring one from the airport or alternatively you can hire from reception. It is also possible to hire bicycles in the village.
Distances
Papagayo Beaches, 3 miles. El Golfo - 5 miles. El Graciosa - Approx 1 1/4 hours to drive to Orzola to catch boat. It is possible to stay overnight. Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain), 7 miles. Jameos del Agua caves in the North of the Island, 30 miles. Fuertoventura - car/passenger ferry from the port in Playa Blanca goes hourly. Also separate boat trips to the northern beaches.
Further details
Just a short walk into the village of Playa Blanca you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, bank. Papagayo beaches, 4 or 5 beautiful beaches with golden sand, and from where you can access secluded coves. El Golfo, a nearby village where you will find 'Placido Restaurant' which serves excellent fresh fish overlooking the Atlantic. El Graciosa a small island off the north coast of Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) - volcanic landscape, camel rides. Jameos del Agua caves. Casa de los Volcanes (Volcanoes of the world museum).

Guest comments
We felt so comfortable that we hardly moved off the patio except for a daily game of tennis then a stroll to the village to eat at one of the numerous restaurants in the evening. Booked to go back as soon as we got home!
