Luxury villa boasting one of the most spectacular views in Playa Blanca. Villa De La Vista's exclusive tranquil location is only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lounge area opens onto a spacious private terrace with large solar heated pool, sun loungers, outside shower, al fresco dining area, and built in BBQ. There is a large garden area planted with exotic plants including banana and lemon trees. An additional feature is the decked sun platform ideal for sunbathing. Internally, there are 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a large family room containing 2 single beds, and a bunk style bed which sleeps 3. There is a further family shower room. The living room has a TV with satellite TV, channels include 24 hour movies, news, cartoons, music etc. Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The above prices are based on 4 people sharing - please add £60 per person for high season bookings and £50 per person for other rates above 4 people. A 20% discount is given for bookings for 2 people (not at peak times). Late availability discounts may be available, please contact us.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Thursday, however we are flexible and are often able to accommodate requests for alternative arrival days.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and French doors leading onto the patio area.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, and a triple bunk bed.
Bathrooms: There are 2 en-suite bathrooms, each with full sized bath with jacuzzi, sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The third bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a full range of saucepans and utensils.
Utility Room: The large utitlity room leading from the kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, ironing board and iron. There is also a kitchen table with dining chairs.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a TV with satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi with CD player. One of the sofas can also be converted into a double bed if necessary. From the lounge there are magnificent sea and mountain views.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are provided. (except beach towels). For 2 week stays there will be a full linen change after week 1. Please note: For 10 day holidays extra towels will be provided at the start of your holiday,A welcome pack is provided at no charge

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans for your comfort. The villa is ideal for any sized group from 2 -11 people. Outside of peak times we are able to offer a 20% discount for bookings for 2 people. Bookings not available for hen or stag parties or all young parties of the same sex as the villa is more suited to family groups. Cots and highchairs are available at a small charge.
From our villa a 5 min drive will take you to Playa Flamingo beach. Dorada Beach is just a few minutes further with a soft sandy golden beach. In addition to the television and dvd player in the lounge there is a Playstation with games and a DVD player in the twin bedroom.

Accessibility
The villa is all on one level and is accessible for wheelchair users.

Outside
The pool is approx 8m x 4m and is heated by solar panels. It is completely private. From the pool, terrace, lounge and master bedroom you can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean and set over the mountain area, a truly spectacular experience. In the evening the sight of the glittering lights of Playa Blanca is again magnificent and enchanting. The outside terrace has dining tables and chairs, loungers, BBQ, outside shower, gardens with plants, and additional decked sun terrace. There is also parking for 2 cars.

Coast/Beach
From our villa a 5 min drive (30 min walk) will take you to Playa Flamingo beach. Dorada Beach is just a few minutes further; this boasts a soft golden sandy beach and also offers a safe swimming environment. You can also participate in numerous water sports here including jet skiing, paragliding, banana boat rides etc. For a totally unspoilt natural beach experience there are the Papagayo beaches. These can be reached by a 10 min car journey, they have clear blue waters ideal for snorkelling.

Golf
There are no golf courses in Playa Blanca at the moment but if you travel to Costa Teguise you will find an 18 hole golf coarse set in amongst the volcanic hills. It’s about a 45 min drive by car. There is a 9 hole pitch and putt and mini golf along the sea front.

Travel
Lanzarote airport is located in Arrecife. It takes approx 30 mins by car to Playa Blanca and is 35km away. Car hire is recommended. The nearest ferry port is in Playa Blanca approx 1.5km from our villa. Ferries operate approx every half an hour to the nearby island of Feurteventura.

Distances
Playa Blanca is located in the southern most part of the island. Just a short drive away is the Parque Nacional de Timanfaya. This is a must for any visitor to the island because of its unique 'Martian' landscape and rare plant species. A coach takes you around the volcanoes, you can also take a ride on a camel. Costa Teguise has a great fun filled water park and an 18-hole golf coarse. Puerto del Carmen is the nightlife capital of the island, and has many shops and loads of restaurants.

Further details
Playa Blanca has a pedestrianized town with plenty of shops, and supermarkets. There is also an abundance of quality bars and restaurants along the sea front. A promenade leads along the front to The International Marina Rubicon. This is a brand new marina with very stylish shops and fantastic restaurants and bars. Some good art shops too. There is a market held on a Wednesday and Saturday in Playa Blance. A large market is also held in the town of Teguise on Sundays. Leisure activities include jet/water skiing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, fishing, tennis, bowling, horse riding, wind-surfing, swimming, quad biking or just plain sun bathing. Also take the ferry to Futerventura, it only takes 15 minutes by sea cat and you don’t need the car.

Booking notes
A £200 deposit is required to secure a booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Cot hire is available.
