Each villa sleeps up to 4/5 persons and have their own private pools and both have new jacuzzis. It is only a 2 minute walk to good bars and restaurants and a local supermarket. Thursday is the main flght day to Lanzarote from the UK. - we do however accept all arrival days subject to availability.

Fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room with leather sofas, English TV including BBC, ITV, Channel four and five, fox movies, plasma TV, DVD, surround sound music system. Weekly cleaning, private swimming pool cleaned twice a week. Also a beautiful communal swimming pool on this complex. |

About the owner
We are a family of five currently living in England but have resided in the USA and Australia, we like to travel
and explore different places and cultures and meet people. We had looked at several places to have a holiday home and choosing Playa Blanca, Lanzarote was easy as it had everything to offer sports,good beaches,scenery,easy to get around,friendly and very family orientated and safe.Our children are all still at school, and love spending their school holidays here, they are all very active and there is always something to do here.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the villa in Playa Blanca for the wonderful
all year round sunshine without the intense humid heat associated with many part of Spain during the summer months. The villa is in a extremely well kept residential complex with the benefit of a private swimming pool and a lovely communal swimming pool. There are nice restaurants, bars and a supermarket all
within a few minutes walk to the villa. There is also a bus service 2 minutes walk away which take you into Playa Blanca centre and to the beautiful New Marina Rubicon for just 1.50 euro this service runs every half an hour till late at night, car hire is recommended but not essential.

The climate in Playa Blanca is truly amazing and makes for a wonderful holiday at anytime of the year, our villa
is in a quiet residential complex,it is managed by a very professional management company, who are available 24/7 should there be need. There is a full list of island activities in the villa. The villa is is just a two minute walk to amenities including that all important supermarket, the promenade is just a few minutes walk from the villa and takes you into Playa Blanca stopping off to admire the views en route.
