Notes on accommodation
A welcome pack is provided on your arrival to include tea coffee milk sugar and water. The accommodation is located on the third floor via lift/stairs. A travel cot is available for a small charge. A safe is provided free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Accessibility
The Winter Gardens complex is completely wheelchair friendly providing access to all levels.
Outside
The outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter) is now fully enclosed making it a safe enviroment for children. A poolside snack bar, a flood lit bowling green with shoe and bowl hire offering fun bowls and barbecue on Wednesday's for novices. Gym, spa, sauna, steam room and snooker room. On site, Pedro's restaurant has built up an excellent reputation for quality food at reasonable prices. There is plenty for families to do e.g. Loro Parque, Aqualand, Jungle Park, Go-karting & Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park. A day trip to Mount Teide (the highest peak in Spain) is a must. Full details are available from the Bowling Green Reception and they can also organise your transport. Just a few of the many attractions that Tenerife has to offer, car hire is cheap and the best way to get around the island. However there is a bus stop/taxi rank just outside the complex and timetables available in reception. Internet access is available next door (Parque Albatros) and is also a wi-fi hotspot.
Coast/Beach
A short walk to the seafront and small beach and new marina. A short drive away is El Medano which has lovely beaches and hosts the annual wind surfing championships. Los Abrigos is close by and is renowned for its seafood restaurants.
Golf
Short walk or drive to the 27 hole Golf del Sur Championship Course and driving range. The prestigious Amarilla Golf Course is also a short walk away. There are plenty other golf courses within short driving distances. We now have two sets of golf clubs at the apartment (one set graphite, one set steel shafts) for the use of our guests free of charge.
Travel
Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South) is 10mins drive away which will cost approx. 20.00 euros in a taxi (one way)
Car hire is cheap and is a great way to see the island. There is a bus stop and taxi rank located just outside the complex.
Distances
Los Abrigos 5 mins. El Madano 10 mins. Las Christianos 15 mins. Playa de las Americas 20 mins. Santa Cruz 1 hour.

Further details
This luxury resort boasts several excellent restaurants catering for every taste from fish & chips to Spanish cuisine. A 10 minute walk along the coast takes you to The Golf’s San Blas Square, where you will find everything you require such as, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, internet cafe, cash points and live nightly entertainment. For day to day requirements there are several small supermarkets.
Booking notes
£100 per week non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment the balance is payable not later than 6 weeks prior to your stay. We also ask for a refundable deposit of £50 which is returned in full when the keys are returned and providing no serious damage has occurred; minor breakages do not result in the loss of this deposit.

Never played bowls before but this appeared very popular with residents that we had to have a go, recommended for a fun filled few hours.
