Changeover day
Changeover is always Thursday. Departure is at 10:00 am and arrivals from 2:00 PM giving our team time to prepare for new guests.

Outside
This villa has a large garden planted with lovely palm trees and plants. There is a solar heated private pool which is excellent for the occasional dip. A Charcoal BBQ, Outside Table chairs and loungers are all provided.
Coast/Beach
The sea is less than 200 meters away at the Marina where you can enjoy outstanding views. For the nearest yellow beach, Dorada is 7 minutes walk and the world famous Papagayo Beaches just 5 minutes drive into the national park.
Golf
There is now a new pitch and put golf course 1000 meters from the villa and for a larger 18 hole course 15 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
For people interested in Scuba or Sailing there is an excellent Scuba(www.rubicondiving.com) and Sailing school in the new Marina.
Travel
Nearest Airport 20 minutes drive.
Distances
Playa Blanca town is a 1km walk and 5 minutes drive. Most of the key sights within Lanzarote are within 40 minutes drive and some are truly spectacular.
Further details
Most of the banks are in Playa Blanca town but within the Marina are Banking facilities, Supermarket, Shops, Bars and Restaurants. Most of the Marina outlets will be open by the end of the year. The Marina has it's own Scuba school and leisure boats for rent.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is charged to secure booking and the final payment is made 6 weeks before your holiday. A £100 returnable breakages allowance is also charged but not banked. A welcome pack is sent to you following receipt of the final payment which tells you how to locate the villa, get in and a little on the immediate area.
