Patio doors lead onto a large terrace area with gazebo, dining table and sun loungers. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and main bathroom. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and sliding doors leading onto a balcony area. The second bedroom has bunk beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has bath, shower, WC, bidet and twin sinks. Air conditioning. Special filtering system allows pool to be filled with freshwater. Full air conditioning in both bedrooms to allow for a good nights sleep.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Generally we ask you to vacate the property by 12 mid-day on day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Full Air conditioning system fiited in bedrooms. Complex has water filter system which allows tap water to be drinkable.
Accessibility
The complex is extremely secure with gated entrances for both the able and not so able bodied.
Outside
Outside on large patio are 4 loungers which can be used both within the house and also by the poolside. seating and table under gazebo to seat 6 people.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Callao is only 0.5km away and is ideal for fishing off the small jetty. The beach area is a mixture of sand and pebbles but is an ideal location for relaxing all day long.
Travel
The airport is only 20 minutes drive away with a host of taxis and regular buses available.
Distances
Distance to the main centre of Callao is less than 0.5km. Las Americas and Los Gigantes are only a 15 minute drive away which makes Callao an ideal location for relaxing whith easy access to 2 of the major towns on the island.

Ideally located between the busy resorts of Playa de las America and Los Gigantes, Callao Salvaje is well placed to explore the island of Tenerife. Being situated in a relaxing resort gives you the opportunity to have a quiet evening out in the resort itself, venture up the slopes of Teide to visit the many local Spanish restaurants or take a short taxi ride and enjoy the more lively entertainment of Americas and Los Christianos.

A £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking with the holiday cost payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
