Situated in a quiet village one mile north of Costa Caleta, our spacious holiday house is 'home from home'. We spend five weeks with our four children here in the summer and have a fantastic time. It is centrally located to all the island, we prefer to have a car, but local transport is cheap & regular. There is a beautiful coastal path for walking/cycling to Caleta, where you can feed the friendly chipmunks or try fishing. Caleta offers everything, boundless restaurants, bars, entertainment, beautiful beaches, pedaloes, windsurfing, diving, submarine, boatrips, bowling, cinema, golf and the list goes on. The best bit however is the endless sunshine and warmth. We love it.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts for longer lets. When you make a reservation a 20% deposit is required. The remainder along with the key deposit of £150.00 is due at least 8 weeks before departure. The key deposit will be repaid two weeks after you return, providing there has been no damage to property or contents.
House exchange with other owners in other areas offered.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and depature times are also flexible if nobody else is arriving that day. If there is another booking however the house must be vacated by 10am for cleaning and arrival can be no sooner than 4pm.

Accessibility
The house has five steps leading up to the front door so it is unfortunately not suitable for people who have difficulties with mobility.
Outside
The house is on a complex with a large pool and smaller one for tyoung children. The complex is always clean and well maintained with lovely gardens and wide walk ways making it feel very spacious. It is very quiet and security guards patrol at night.
Coast/Beach
We are situated approx 1 mile from Costa Caleta beaches. Less than a 5 min drive/taxi, or a lovely 20 min stroll along the coastal path, or hire a bike and cylce the coastal path. You can feed the many friendly chipmunks along the way. It is also a great place to go fishing.
Golf
Less than a 5 min drive away or taxi is the two fantastic golf courses. The first was home to the Spanish 'Open', April 2004, a great many complimentary remarks were made about the course and the playing conditions. An 18 hole, par 71, distance 6124m, with a 50 bay driving range and 2 practice greens. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze. A meandering stream feeds 3 large lakes and the course is planted with mature palms and attractive cactus and sub tropical gardens. The golf club is situated in the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel and offers a very fine 19th hole for relaxation. The hotel boasts a very good restaurant for fine dining. The second course has only just opened and includes a driving range, both within a 5 min drive.
Special interest holidays
There is a diving center in Caleta and also a windsurfing school.
Travel
We are only 10 mins drive from the airport. Taxis cost 7-10 euros or we can arrange our local agent to collect you for 10 euros, paid directly to him.
