Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Friday however this is flexible.
The apartment has to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.

Accessibility
As this apartment is on the ground floor it maybe suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There are 2 large swimming pools, 2 children's pools and 2 jacuzzis, with numerous sun loungers and shaded areas.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 local beaches within walking distance, 1 in Los Gigantes and the other an award winning black beach in Playa de Arena. There are plenty of boat trips in nearby Los Gigantes.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses around the island.
Travel
Car hire is recommended but not necessary if you do not plan to explore the island. Puerto Santiago is approx 50 mins from the airport.
Booking notes
To book the apartment a £100 deposit will be required to secure the booking. The balance plus a refundable security deposit of £100 (once the apartment has been checked on departure and the keys received back) will be due 8 weeks before departure date.
