Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover day. The villa is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day on departure.

Notes on accommodation
Casa Kieron is our home, and we have chosen all the furnishings with comfort and relaxation in mind. We think it is perfect for family holidays or couples who just like to chill out and relax! We have installed gates to prevent young children wandering to the pool area from the main building and from the pool area leading down into the garden. Freestanding and table top fans are supplied and can be used in any room as required.
Until our Broadband is installed we can supply details on how you can hire a plug-in USB Modem for your laptop, to access the internet, e mail family and friends. Details and cost on request.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. No stag/hen parties/pets. Photographs kindly supplied by James Mitchell at Kometa.

Outside
The covered main terrace, with tables/chairs and table football overlooks the pool and is ideal for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in one the comfy armchairs and enjoying the wonderful views with glass of chilled wine! The master bedroom terrace with views of the mountains is also furnished with table/chairs. The magnificent 10m x 5m pool (can be heated) has pool basket ball, and is surrounded by sun loungers/tables/chairs/parasols BBQ area and poolside shower
Next to the pool is the fantastic Jacuzzi and toddlers paddling pool. Our new outdoor games area is situated next to the pool area with 9' table tennis table and 7' pool table. The huge mature gardens are well stocked with palm trees, pepper trees, yucca and exotic plants.
Our new toddler's play area is a fenced off area in the garden, with slide, swings, playhouse, see-saw and a caterpillar-train crawl through. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa is detached and stands in 1000 sq.m.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Costa Tequise is 10 mins drive. The Marina at Puerto Calera is 15 mins drive, from here you can book boat excursions, including the glass bottom boat. If you like windsurfing or surfing then Famara beach is for you, just a 10 mins drive. Puerto del Carmen with great beaches is a 25 mins drive.

Golf
The golf course at Costa Tequise is a 10 minute drive.

Travel
A car is recommended. Arrecife Airport is 20 mins drive.
Supermarket with a good selection of fresh meat, fish, fruit and vegetables is a 10 mins drive.

Distances
The old town of Tequise, with the famous Sunday Market is 5 mins drive, The coastal town of Costa Tequise is a 10 mins drive, Aqua Park and Golf course 7/8 mins drive.

Further details
There is a local 'mini' supermarket and two restaurants only a short walk from the villa. Costa Tequise has many supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. For the shoppers Tequise Sunday market 9am - 2pm is huge and recommended!
For the active there is water sports, cycling, mountain climbing, camel rides, line dancing, go carting, horse riding to name just a few activities. The Cesar Manrique foundation is only a few minutes drive. Casa Kieron is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the island and see all the sights Lanzarote has to offer. You can even have a meal cooked by the heat of a volcano!

20% deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. On arrival there will be a welcome pack: water, milk, orange juice, bread, cheese, eggs, ham, butter, beverages, wine and lager. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

A wonderful villa, we have stayed in Oasis twice before but this is certainly the best, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
