The villa is situated at the edge of a typical Canarian village with a good infra structure. The neighbours are of Spanish origin and very friendly and open. The villa has just been newly built and was designed by an artist. The architecture and decoration are perfect and performed with a lot of know how and love for the detail. The house is lying on the hillside in a quiet private street. There are spectacular views from the 4.000 m2 gardens to the "Cañadas" up to Mount Teide, to Puerto de la Cruz and along the entire north coast. The heated pool is secluded and has a size of 8 x 4 m, it lies next to the lawn, terraces and BBQ. From several terraces with dream views you can watch the sun rise and the sun set, the area is one of the sunniest of the north.
