Notes on accommodation
All you need for a self catering holiday is there. A safe is provided for your use free of charge. Any key loss will be at the expense of the clients. Cots and highchairs are also available from the owners at no extra cost. No animals or pets allowed.

Two very large terraces with fantastic views, BBQ area, ample sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, excellent heated swimming pool, ample parking space with electronic gate.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to the beach at Puerto del Carmen.
Golf
Only 10 mins away by car from the new 18-hole golf course in Puerto del Carmen.
Travel
15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport. Car is not essential but recommended.

Bookings made within 6 weeks, full balance needed to secure dates. Villas to be vacated by 10am on the departure day unless other agreements are made with owners. Bank Transfer into Sterling or Euro Account.
