The property which is on second level overlooks the swimming pool at Tipsy Terrace which is situated beside Los Gigantes Sports Centre. We have membership of this club. The apartment is on the road towards Crab Island. There is a small sandy beach and a marina 10 minutes walk away where you can have a boat trip to see the dolphins and whales.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including full sized oven and hob and fridge freezer and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.
Utility Room: Washing machine facilities. Iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: DVD system with ipod docking, Sky TV (all BBC, some Sky, CH5, ITVs), remote control fan also lots of DVDs to view. The apartment has one large living room.
Other: Motorised awning, ceiling fans in all rooms.the lounge has a remote control fan. The entrance to the apartment has a security door. There is also a safe deposit box.

Additional linen and towels are provided for rental periods of more than one week. Additional cleaning can also be arranged with the cleaning agents, if required, at a small charge during your stay.

Notes on accommodation
This lovely two-bedroom apartment, has every convenience for your comfort and pleasure. It is ideally situated with parking outside and within minutes walking of the heart of the village of Los Gigantes. The breathtaking views of the Cliffs and Ocean make for perfect lazy days, either enjoying the beauty and sunshine from the terrace or relaxing by the Sports Tennis Club swimming pool situated across the road of which we have membership for 4 people.

Accessibility
There are steps to this apartment. The second bedroom has its own entrance off the first balcony. This bedroom is self- contained studio with cooking faculities fridge and en-suite. Suitable for friends or older family members and has no access through to main apartment only suitable for older children or adults. An alterative there is a bedsettee for 2 in main apartment.

Outside
There are two balconies, the second balcony is very large, there are 2 sun bed loungers, 2 sun chair loungers and a table and 4 chairs. The first balcony has 4 wicker chairs and wicker glass table also a soft armchair. Beautiful small garden with a large lemon tree which will provide you with lemons and also shade on those beautiful lazy warm days. We have membership for 4 people to the sports centre facing the apartment. It has a pool and a childrens pool mini golf and tennis courts it also has tipsy terrace where you can have a very good meal. The bus terminus is also beside here.

Coast/Beach
Beach is approx 10 mins walk.

Golf
There are 2 golf courses 20 minutes away.

Special interest holidays
Property is in walking distance to the harbour and marina. there is also tennis courts in the sports centre facing the apartment.

Travel
The journey from the airport takes 40 mins and if required there is a minibus service to Los Gigantes. Details if required.
While staying in the area there is a local bus terminal near the apartment.

Distances
It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of village also to the marina where you can enjoy a cool drink and watch the boats come and go . There are also boat trips to see the dolphins and whales.

Further details
There is a large supermarket 200 yards away from apartment and it does deliveries. A welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee water sugar etc is provided.

50% deposit required and the balance one month before departure.
