Only 15 mins from the airport, Villa Helena is a delightful, detached, 4 bedroom villa situated in the quiet Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. The villas superb location ensures peace and quiet for guests, whilst being close to all the town's amenities. The nearest supermarket and bank are only 200m from the villa. With Lanzarote's fabulous year round climate, guests will be keen to soak up the sun. The sun terrace is the perfect spot in which to sunbathe on the comfortable, adjustable sun loungers set in peaceful surroundings. The barbecue and garden furniture provided are ideal for those summer evenings for alfresco dining. The 6m x 3m swimming pool (which is cleaned twice weekly) ranges from 0.6m to 1.75m in depth. With its Roman steps it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. For added peace of mind, a local management company will assist with any maintenance and queries during your stay.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are for 4 persons, for each person over 4 add £55/person/week.

Fold up bed (including linen) £35/week.
The heating of the pool is charged at a rate of £35 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible however property is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure with the property being available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Notes on accommodation
A cot and highchair can be provided on a weekly basis if required for a small additional charge. Fold up bed can be provided for a small additional charge in those cases where more than 8 persons are staying. Property and pool are suitable for children of all ages.
Accessibility
For those with mobility problems there is a separate downstairs WC and bedroom 2 is also situated on the ground floor.

Booking notes
A £150 deposit per week is required to confirm booking. Full payment for the holiday is required 10 weeks before day of arrival. A £150 damage retainer payment is required in addition to the above costs which is returned to yourself following a report of no damage to the property and its contents and the return of the villa keys.
