Changeover day
Normal changeover day is a Friday with check in time of 2pm and check out time of 10am. However we can be flexible on this depending on others bookings. Please email or call to dicsuss your requirements.

This penthouse apartment is located on the top (6th) floor with stunning views across Los Cristianos harbour. The apartment is situated over 2 floors is fully air conditioned, has marble floors throughout and security grills and a safe for added protection. Hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms.
There is a lift available up to the apartment.
Outside
2 swimming pools, 1 large pool (heated in winter) and 1 children's pool, large sunbathing terraces set amongst tropical gardens, changing rooms, toilets and an excellent friendly pool side bar and restaurant.
Coast/Beach
The beach, seafront and Los Cristianos harbour are only a 15 minute walk away, with miles of lovely sandy beaches and promenades with a great selection of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.

There are 5 good quality golf courses within a short drive from the complex.

Prices vary from 30 euros to 80 euros per round depending on the course and time of year. All clubs offer buggies, club hire and trolley hire.
Travel
Reina Sofia airport is only 15 minutes drive away from the complex. The taxi fare from the airport costs approximately 25 euros (£23). Car hire is not essential and there are many taxis available, with the nearest taxi rank only 2 mins walk from the complex.
Distances
Surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, golf, cycling, tennis, sailing, paragliding are all available locally. Many other attractions and excursions are available to book including aqua park, Loro park, scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching, island tours, boat trips etc.
Further details
This luxury penthouse apartment is ideally suited for large families, families sharing or anyone who likes high quality luxury in peaceful surroundings, yet only a 15 minute walk to the beach and town centre. There are numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the complex. Tenerife boasts many other attractions including an aqua park (only 10 minutes taxi ride or courtesy bus) Teide Volcano and National Park, whale and dolphin watching, go karting, Loro Park (tropical gardens and wildlife) and varied night life catering for all tastes.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking with the balance payable 2 months before departure. Late bookings the total is due on confirmation. A security bond of £100 is required when booking. This is refundable when the keys are returned and the apartment is checked. Sorry no single sex group bookings 18-25. This is a 'No Smoking' apartment, however smoking is allowed on both terraces.
