Do you want to soak up the sun, have lovely views, but be within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants and bars, then look no further. The spacious apartment is situated in the quiet part of the village and has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a good equipped kitchen, Sky satellite, LCD TV, DVD and stereo system. From the well furnished apartment's large terrace you have sea views and the terrace attracts the sun from mid-morning to sun rise, however, there is a retracting sun canopy to give you adequate shade if required. The apartment is opposite the Los Gigantes Leisure Centre which offers swimming, tennis and crazy golf and a newly opened supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The heart of the village is a leisurely stroll where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes and a variety of shops.

Notes on accommodation
During your stay in Los Gigantes there are many activities to be enjoyed ranging from the most gentle to the sportiest, including jeep safaris, camel parks, tropical gardens, the famous ‘Loro Parque’ parrot park, Las Aguilas which features a spectacular birds of prey show, a whale and dolphin trips is a must, and for the sports minded tennis, squash, horse riding, there are four golf courses including a 27 hole championship course.
Accessibility
Accessibility is from either the front of the apartment or from the back of the apartment down a short flight of stairs. There is parking on the road at the back of the apartment.
Outside
The apartment has a large sun facing terrace with superb sea views. On the terrace are sun loungers, two reclining chairs with side tables, and a large table with 5 chairs. The sun terrace over looks the Los Gigantes Leisure Centre. There is also a side terrace.
Coast/Beach
Los Gigantes has a small sandy beach which is 10 minutes walk and at Playa de la Arena a large Blue Flag volcanic beach, which is a 10 minute car/bus ride.
Travel
The Airport is about 35-45 minutes car/taxi journey. Car hire is available throughout the island. With so many places to visit, car hire is recommended, but organised trips are availble to all main attractions.
There is also a local company that for a reasonable price will transfer you from the airport direct to the apartment. The bus/coach stop is opposite the apartment.

Safehands the company responsible for the management, maintenance and cleaning of the apartment are conveniently located in the village (5 minutes walk).
Booking notes
Bookings can be made with the owners. A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the departure date.

Many of our guests return every year. We keep a guest book within the apartment which is an excellant source of information. Many testimonials/letters from very satisfied guests.
