Notes on accommodation
The apartment has bamboo fencing all around and a locked gate so parents are safe in the knowledge the children are secure. The house keeper will meet you at the property on your arrival to show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. You will also have her phone no available to you should you have any queries or questions during your stay.

Outside
Private 25m x 7m terrace/garden, with large patio table and chairs. Heated private swimming pool (7.5m x 4m) and solar shower also private hot tub with hydrotherapy jets with a seating capacity for 7, with a constant temperature of 32-36 degrees also an electric griddle for outside cooking.
Coast/Beach
Costa Calma boasts white sand and turquoise sea only 7 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is over 25km long and has beach bars and toilet facilities. Ideal for children, safe swimming, snorkeling and excellent watersports, including wind and kite-surfing.
Golf
Closest golf only 20 minutes in Morro Jable. Also, championship 18 holes in Caleta de Fuste, approx 45 mins.
Travel
Airport at Puerto del Rosario is approx 45 minutes drive. Taxis are readily available at about 55 euros one way. Should you want to hire a car this can be done before you go - we are happy to recommend car hire companies we have used. We will also supply directions to the apartment to you.
Distances
The Las Palmas shopping centre is 3 mins stroll, also bars and restaurants. Oasis Park is less than 10 mins drive, a great day out for all the family including a lovely zoo and camel rides.

In the apartment you will find a portfolio of local supermarkets, shopping centres, and tried and tested bars and restaurants, all within 15 minutes walk. The closest restaurant and bar is 3 mins away.

A 20% deposit will be payable to secure your dates, and balance to be paid six weeks prior to departure.
