The apartment is centrally located and is only a short stroll Los Gigantes or the shops and local life of Puerto Santiago. There is a great variety of bars and restaurants of fantastic quality and very reasonable prices. The area is peaceful, yet full of interest and entertainment, if required.

Changeover day
Arrivals and departures are totally flexible and are only subject to availability. Your time to vacate will be as near as possible to your departure time so you can enjoy your holiday right up to the last minute.

| Living Rooms: | TV/DVD, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH 4, Ch 5, EuroSports as well as Spanish, French & German TV Channels. Two sofas, Stereo CD/Radio. Good selection of both DVDs and CD's for your use. Books, Trivial Pursuit, Playing cards. |
| Other: | The lounge and both bedrooms are fitted with patio doors which all open to the large covered terrace 24sqm, which is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, two seat sofa and two single armchairs. Please give the plants a drop of water! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided and normally changed weekly. The property is also cleaned weekly. Further cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at extra cost. Towels may be used by the pool. |
Notes on accommodation
The complex entrance is secure and video intercom access is provided so that residents can see who is entering the the premises, thus maintaining complex security. Situated in the shade, (although the balcony gets a nice bit of sun in the morning in the summer) the apartment never gets too hot and provides a welcome break from the Canarian sun at siesta time.

Accessibility
Excellent wheelchair access to all areas including lifts and ramps to the pool area.
Outside
Two large swimming pools, children's pools and jacuzzi s are surrounded by planted borders, with shrubs and trees. Large sun terraces come complete with sunbeds and parasols. The facilities are for private use of residents/guests only.
Coast/Beach
Both Los Gigantes and Playa La Arena boast black sandy beaches, and both are approx 10/15 minutes walk. The beach at Playa La Arena has again been awarded the honored blue flag¨for cleanliness and lifeguards are in daily attendance.
Golf
Tenerife boasts seven superb golf courses the newest being Albana GC 20 mins drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur and is approximately 40 minutes drive away. There are ample car hire companies at the airport, (recommend you book in advance, cheaper and guarantees rental, we can advise). Transfers can be arranged at time of booking.
Distances
Los Gigantes (the village) is a short and very scenic walk away. Get a taxi back for 2 euro's. Playa de la Arena with a large black sand beach is in the opposite direction and is only a 15 min walk.
Further details
Brand new supermarket opened Nov 07, within the complex. Superb quality and very reasonably priced. Plenty of shops close by for essentials and a variety of good quality gifts especially shoes and electrical goods. Bars vary from sharing tapas with the locals to sports & live entertainment. Banks are close by and plenty of ATM's.
The many sights to be seen around the island locally organized including Mount Teidi, Masca, Loro Parque, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Whale and Dolphin watching to name a few.
Booking notes
Bookings are secured with a deposit of 20% of the total cost. The deposit is non-refundable with full payment due 6 weeks before occupancy. Prices can be agreed for part weeks. Payment by cheque or via Internet banking.

nice, well equipped, clean, tidy and quiet. Thanks for
the welcome pack it was much appreciated, also thanks
to Graham and Shelly for letting us in as we got there
later than expected. The weather was very good and got up to 25 on a couple of occasions. We also discovered the swimming pool down on the rocks that was very good (with the waves crashing over it). So thanks for letting us the apartment it made for a good get away for Christmas and New Year' - Ollie.
Well done to you and Clare for making the apartment so inviting, homely and just generally a really lovely place to stay. Also a big thanks to you both for being so generous with your time, really appreciated that.
