Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The availability indicated in the calendar page is always kept up to date. Check-in normally after 15:00 and checkout not later than 10:00, however, exceptions can often be arranged. Please ask.

Accessibility
The ground floor including sitting room, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom, pool area and bedroom 3 are accessible without any steps from the sidewalk on the road. Please note, however, that the front door and the corridor on the ground floor are a standard width and have not been checked for wheelchair suitability. Bedrooms 1 & 2 as well as the en suite bathroom are upstairs and not accessible via wheelchair.

Outside
Private, heated swimming pool 5m x 3m and 1.2/1.5 metres deep. Patio table including 6 chairs, cushions and an umbrella. 4 sun beds are also provided.

Coast/Beach
The Las Coloradas Beach is ca. 200m away (5 mins walk). This natural beach is of a rocky, volcanic nature, although there are spots where there is black sand providing access to the crystal clear water for swimming. There is also a very nice coastline promenade leading into Playa Blanca.
The Las Doradas beach with its golden sand and all its facilities is ca. 30 mins walk away (5 mins by car).
The famous, naturally golden Papagayo beaches are reachable by foot (20 mins) or by car (5 mins).

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area.

Special interest holidays
Ideal for diving and snorkelling around the Papagayo rocks. 5 mins walk to the Las Coloradas beach, from where you can go snorkelling straight from the shore.

Travel
Travel from Arrecife airport is about 40 minutes by taxi or car. Car hire is generally not necessary since all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, taxi ranks etc) are close by. A taxi ride into town centre costs only about 4 Euros, but you can also walk into town via the wonderful coastline promenade which starts 200m from the house (takes ca. 45 minutes). You can hire a car (car hire 200 meters away) for exploring the island or take one of the many tours which are offered at nearby hotels.

Distances
Playa Blanca town centre 2.5km away.
Timanfaya National Park (volcanic landscape) is ca. 20km away, where you can also ride a camel.

Further details
The nearest supermarket is 200m away. Car hire also 200m.
There are several top hotels (4-5 stars), restaurants and shops within 5 -10 minutes walk.
Please note that there is presently construction work going on in the area. The noise levels are however generally minimal and about 200-300m away. Furthermore, it should be noted that there is unbuilt, vacant land on the other side of the road (opposite the side where the private pool area and the sea are located). Booking notes
A deposit of 20% has to be made at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. Payments can be accepted in UK pounds or Euros.
