Thursdays and Sundays are the preferred changeover days although can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideally suited for young children as there is a secure wall surrounding the pool and patio area which will give parents the chance to relax safe in the knowledge that kids cannot wander.

Outside
Private pool, 8x4m heated. Sun loungers. The pool area is walled for extra privacy while you chill. There is also a barbeque and well stocked garden.
Coast/Beach
As the name suggests there are many beautiful sandy beaches in Playa Blanca the nearest is a 5 minute drive away however there are some lovely mountain and coastal walks nearby. The famous Papagayo beaches are said to be amongst the best in Spain.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. Arrecife airport to Villa Therese is a 30 minute drive.
Distances
The resort centre of Playa Blanca is a 5 min drive away as is the newly developed Marina Rubican with its designer shops, restaurants, boardwalks and luxury yachts. Timanfaya National Park with its volcanic activity is only 15 mins away. The beautiful villages of Fermes and Yiaza and El Golfo 15 mins, Puerto del carmen and the lovely marina at Puerto Calero 20 mins and the Sunday market village of Tequise a 40 min drive.
Further details
Within a stones throw of Villa Therese there are a number of local shops including a Minimart for your essentials in the same location you will also find a French bakery/patisserie, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean restaurants, a Spanish cafe bar. There are also 2 British pubs to catch up with major sporting events.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. No refunds will be given for cancelled bookings. Discounts if travelling within 1 to 2 weeks of booking (subject to availability).

We have just returned from a stay at Villa Theresa and cannot praise this excellent villa enough. In a quiet residential location it is a real home from home with the added benefit of a swimming pool as you walk from your bedroom. Just returned from a great holiday in Lanzarote, staying at Villa Therese. Playa Blanca is beautiful and a great place to go snorkelling. Children loved it, loads to do, everybody so friendly. The villa was a great base, everything in Karyn & Sean Allen
