In a very peaceful location. Families and couples are welcome. Definitely not for singles wishing to party into the small hours. The villa is situated close to the centre of Playa Blanca, very near to shops, bars, restaurants, the harbour and only 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Despite the activities close by, the quiet, exclusive, residential community offers a haven of tranquillity. The communal pool is just around the corner and the villa's south facing terrace enjoys day-long sunshine.

The villa is on a private gated residential community with well maintained gardens. Cots and highchairs available on request.
Accessibility
Accessible to wheelchair users with a small amout of mobility and a helper. Not recommended for those reliant on a wheelchair. Mobility aids hire close by. The resort is fairly wheelchair friendly with a long seafront walkway. The owner is registered disabled.
Outside
Spacious terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas barbecue. Large communal swimming pool close by.
Coast/Beach
Very close to sea front (second in line), nearest beach 5 minutes walk.
Golf
Courses available on the island. There are plans for a course near to Playa Blanca.
Special interest holidays
Very popular with on and off road cyclists. Several cycle hire facilities in town. Also fantastic for wind surfing, diving, sailing, fishing and all watersports.
Travel
35km (22 miles) from Arrecife airport. About a half hour drive.
