Delightful newly renovated one bedroom apartment at the popular low rise Sol Sun Beach Complex in Fanabe, Sol Sun beach is located right beside the beach. The complex has a fantastic pool terrace on the roof, with views of the beach and Puerto Colon Harbour. The beach is called Playa Fanabe and Torviscas beach is situated to the left and del Duque beach located to the right as you are facing the Atlantic Ocean. Fanabe along with Bahia del Duque are very exclusive areas and offer an excellent setting for the holidaymaker. Walking up the coast you will come across lovely serene areas and walking down will bring you to the port area of Las Americas, Puerto Colon. A very popular area. Fanabe is an ideal location, as you will definitely find whatever you are looking for out of your holiday.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. Towels and linen changed weekly. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment would suit both couples and families alike. It has recentely been refurbished to a high standard with a new kitchen with granite worktops and separate fridge and freezer. There is free to use safe in the bedroom. There is air conditioning in the lounge and also cable TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV and C4. There is lots of good eating places nearby and plenty of entertainment is close at hand. Everything is within walking distance of your apartment, so a car is not needed, unless you wish to explore the island. Most trips can be booked at reception.
The hotel features are an outdoor pool with children's swimming pool, pool bar, cocktail bar and restaurant, internet Corner, entertainment weekly or nighlty in the summer. A 24 hour reception provides security as well as the free use of all the hotel facilities including the daytime and evening entertainments programme.
Outside
It features a large pool with separate childrens swimming pool, and a large roof terrace with plenty of space to sun-bathing and enjoy the fantastic view, there is also a pool bar /Cafeteria
Snack service in the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The beach provides a great number of watersport activities such as scuba diving, parascending, snorkelling Jet bikes, and banana boats. Excursions can be arranged at the hotel reception or at the many local shops.
Golf
There are an abundance of golf courses in the area and the closest and most upmarket is in the next resort of La Caleta, Costa Adeje 5 mins drive away.
Travel
Fly to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia).
Taxi to Sol Sun Beach. Approx. 20 mins. Cost approx 20 euros.
Booking notes
Deposit of £50 per week is due when the client confirms the booking.
Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before start of rental period.

Thank you very much for the apartment, we had the most perfect week away from the chill of Europe. The apartment was great, loved the renovated kitchen and bathroom and breakfast on the balcony was great. Fanabe was our favourite beach, much quieter and more attractive than the busier areas.
