La Veranda used to be the village bakery and has been extended and refurbished in keeping with its history. It is an extremely spacious house with the living accommodation on the first floor and bedrooms at ground level leading directly out to the pool area. The pool is surrounded by a high wall offering maximum privacy.

Changeover day
To coincide with the majority of flights from the UK the changeover day is Thursday.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - very spacious room with double bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Bedroom 3 - twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom. Bathroom with large enclosed shower, wc, bidet (situated between Bedroom 2 and 3). Guest cloakroom on first floor. |
| Kitchen: | Large farmhouse style kitchen:- Gas hob, Electric oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Toaster, Kettle. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board/iron. Clothes airer. Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Three piece suite plus ocassional armchairs. TV, video, radio cassette. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedding and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Towels changed twice a week. Villa is cleaned once a week. |

Arrecife airport is a 10 minute drive from Guime.
Further details
La Veranda is situated in the centre of the village of Guime which has a small shop providing most everyday items. There is a large supermarket within a 10 minute drive. The Sociadad off the village square offers a limited menu and drinks in a very local environment, good chance to practice your Spanish.

£100 per week deposit and the balance to be paid one month before your date of arrival.
