The villa is close to the well stocked supermarket and a cinema. The new Baku Leisure Park in Corralejo (5 mins by car) has attractions including water park, bowling alley and driving range.

The price shown for the property is in UK Pounds and is per week for up to 4 people. An extra 1 or 2 people is £50.00 each per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday. Villa available from 3pm on arrival day. Departure day, please vacate villa by 10am. This is to allow time for cleaning. If earlier arrival or later departure required, please enquire as there may be some flexibility.

The rear garden is fully tiled with a private hot tub, shower, patio table and chairs and sunbeds.
Off street parking to the front of the villa.
Coast/Beach
It is approx a 5 min drive from the villa to the magnificent sand dunes and beaches. There is an excellent local bus service.
Golf
The property is approx. 45 mins drive to an 18 hole golf course and driving range in Caleta de Fuste.
Travel
Approx a 40 mins drive from the airport to the villa which will take you past the sand dunes and turqouise waters.
Car hire is not essential but it is recommended.
Distances
By car or bus:
5 mins from the main town of Corralejo.
10 mins from the sand dunes/beach
5 mins from the Waterpark and Bowling Alley.
45 mins from Caleta de Fuste.
15 mins from El Cotillo.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking. Balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure.
A £100.00 refundable breakages deposit is required for all rentals.
If booking made 10 weeks or less before rental date, full payment is required.
