Finished and furnished to a high standard, the apartment is on a new small, private complex close to the centre of Callao Salvaje, just 30 mins drive from Tenerife South airport (TFS). Its a great location as it offers the choice of a quiet, relaxing holiday with the option to travel easily to other areas. There is a bus stop right outside the complex for easy and cheap travel around the island. The perfect place to be if you want the choice of a quiet holiday with the option to drive, taxi or bus to the busier areas of Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Torviscas, Los Gigantes or the mountains. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants in the local area too! To the north is Los Gigantes, a lovely village built into the mountains, which is a 20 minute drive or 45 mins on the bus. Laundry facilities available and can be tailored to meet guest requirements. Towels are provided and spare bed linen (you will need to bring your own beach towels if required). There is also an iron and ironing board provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The complex is new and a mixture of residential and holiday/weekend apartments for Spanish and English people so is usually quiet during the week. It is great for kids who love playing in the pool which you can see easily from the balcony. If you want the choice of a quiet holiday with the option to go to busier, main tourist areas then this is ideal as there are places like Torviscas, Las Americas, Los Cristianos or Los Gigantes which are a short drive away or a bus ride from right outside the complex.

Outside
The balcony has table and chairs. The pool is only for residents of the complex and is clearly visible from the apartment for supervising children while you relax on the balcony! There are 2 sunbeds with matresses available for use by the pool. There are plenty of parking spaces available.
Coast/Beach
There is a sand/pebble beach at Callao Salvaje, 15 mins walk but a short drive will take you to Fanabe/Torvisca which has a sandy beach.
Golf
The nearest golf complex is a brand new top class course which is 5 minutes drive from the apartment (Abama Hotel Resort). There are several other golf courses along the coast 15 mins drive.
Travel
The apartment is 30 mins drive from the airport, taxi usually costs around 40€. There are taxi ranks in Callao Salvaje (24hrs) and a bus stop right outside the complex which will allow you to discover the island very cheaply!
Distances
Waterpark and Skypark is only 10 mins drive, great for kids day out! Los Cristianos 15 mins drive, Las Americas 10mins, Fanabe/Torevisca 5 mins, Los Gigantes 15mins.The new siam park is just 10 mins drive away!
Further details
Several local supermarkets in Callao Salvaje (one open till 2am) which are a 10 minute walk along a path connecting the village to the complex.
You will also find plenty of restaurants and bars, 3 banks all with cashpoints, 24hr doctor, car hire and shops.
Booking notes
The calender is always fully up to date so please feel free to choose your dates on either this or our own website. This will allow you to be more flexible with your flight dates to get you the best deal. A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure your booking, refunded on return of keys and apartment inspection.
Keys are usually send recorded delivery to your chosen address. The full payment is required one month before you leave(longer if sending a cheque via the post).
