Towels, bed linen and bath mat are provided, property cleaned weekly, linen and towels are changed weekly. All bed linen is brand new. There is also a store of extra bed linen in the built in wardrobe. |

Accessibility
Unsuitable for infirm and wheelchair inaccessible.
Outside
Parking on road, balcony, garden chairs and table, large outdoor communal pool with sunloungers and Parasols. Pool and communal areas have recently undergone a full refurbishment. Watch out for new pictures of pool beginning of October 2007.
Coast/Beach
10-15 minute walk to Puerto Rico Beach. This is a man made consisting of Saharan sand and is well sheltered, gently shelving with a boom to separate swimmers from the sailing and very safe for swimming. Approximately half hour leisurely walk along the new coastal path to the new Playa de Amadores Beach which consists of a large expanse of coral sand.
Travel
Las Palmas airport is 50 kilometres away and is approximately a 35 minute drive. Car hire is not essential but recommended to visit the interior of the island. There is a very good bus service.
Distances
Puerto Mogan, a very pretty fishing village is located about 10 miles away. Can be reached by car, bus or even better, by boat. The trip by boat takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 5 euros each and the view is worth every cent.
Booking notes
25% deposit to be paid on booking together with £50 breakage fee (returnable after the holiday if no damage). The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
