We have been in the Compostela Beach for many years now and we have many friends who also have 4 bedroom villa's so we do sub-let they villa's as well so please still ring us even if our villa is already booked for the time you want.

Changeover day
Our main changeover day is Friday, but we can offer other days as well. Tuesdays is also well used.

Compostela Beach, 4 Bed Villa (A) (Sleeps 8/10)

This beautiful 4 Bedroom villa is in the Compostela Beach Complex which is right on the Sea Front. It has four bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a alcove which is just right for a Cot / child's bed (which we can supply). The top Bedroom has a en-suite Bathroom with a Walk in Double Shower. The Villa also has two other bathrooms. The Villa can sleep 10 persons in beds.(Thats 8 Adults and 2 Children) The huge lounge has a TV with British TV (ie BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4) also a DVD. A raised dining area into a modern kitchen with a washing machine and all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, etc. A walled garden with tropical plants surround a Paved area, with table and chairs for meals, if you wish.

Compostela Beach, 1 Bed Apartment (Sleeps 2/4)

We have this beautiful Apartment in the Compostela Beach Complex which is right on the Sea Front. It can sleep up to 4 Persons. It has one bedroom with a floor to ceiling cupboards and a door leading to a balcony with views of the mountains. The Lounge Diner is big with a modern kitchen with all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, etc. The lounge has a TV with Satellite Programs and a Video and has two Sofa beds. The Lounge leads out to a balcony which overlooks the complex and swimming pool.

Compostela Beach, 2 Bed Apartment (Sleeps 4/6)

We have this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the Compostela Beach Complex. It can sleep up to up to 6 persons in some of the 2 Bedroom Apts but most are 4 Persons, They have 2 bedrooms with both having floor to ceiling cupboards and 1 has a door leading to a Balcony with views of the pool, The Lounge Diner is big with a modern kitchen with all necessary requirements, i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, etc. The lounge has a TV with satellite. Programs and a DVD, and has a sofa bed, The Lounge leads out to a balcony which overlooks the complex and swimming pool. The 2 Bedrooms both have twin beds but in Bedroom 2 the two twins are pushed together so if you need to separate the twins bed when you arrive, please can you put them back together when you leave because our cleaner will not move furniture. The large balcony has a lounger, patio table and chairs, The balcony has the sun on it almost all day.

Notes on accommodation
There are 2 Show Bars on the Complex, One is Called Happy Days II. This is a British owned with a Bar/Restaurant. The Happy Days also has many Screens so it is great for English Football from which they never seem to miss a Live Match on Sky, Check Black Board outside when you arrive. There are also Two Mini Supermarkets which sell almost everything you would need. The Complex has a Reception to book you a Taxi, get you a Hire Car and can also help you obtain any Excursions you may like to go on.
On the Las Vistas Beach side of the Complex, some under complex shops with a Internet Cafe, a Diving School etc. Also on the side of the Complex there are many Restaurants and shops.
Wheelchairs: the complex has ramps and the lifts take a normal fold up wheel, but not the bigger chairs.

Outside
Our two villas in the Compostela Beach have gardens, and patios, outdoor furniture, etc. Shared pool.

Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos and Las Americas do offer beaches almost along its entire seafront expanse. All of the towns beaches are kept clean and well maintained by the local council. Some have sand and some have stones and rocks. With Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos' all our holiday properties are not far from the beaches and town centre. The Compostela Beach Complex is built on the shore line.

Golf
Los Cristianos and Las Americas has a full 18 hole Golf Course only 500mts from the Compostela Beach and with 'Golf Del Sur' only 10 mins down the road there is lots to choose from.

Travel
The nearest airport is a 10 to 15 min drive. Car hire is not essential but if you want to see Tenerife with its mountains, a car is recommended.
