If you like to sunbath on your own private balcony or by the pool, or if you love to watch beautiful sunsets over the Lanzarote mountains and ocean this is the apartment for you.This beautiful apartment with it's own private balcony over looking the mountains& Ocean is located in a quiet, residential area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen near enough to all the Nightlife but far enough to still be quiet & relaxing.The apartment is 7 minutes walk from the promenade, the beach, numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Las Palmeras lll is a pleasant and secure complex consisting of 8 one bedroom apartments surrounding a communal pool and sunbathing terrace. Two local supermarkets are a couple of minutes stroll away. The Las Palmeras III Apartments have become a firm favourite with people booking again and again every year.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible & we can tailor any length of stay. If you want 10 nights etc please ask us. You can ask for a late check out but the standard time is 10am, and apartments should be ready for occupation from 2pm or earlier for arrival.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 1 bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobe with safe. 2 extra Fold Up Beds are available to use for extra guests. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom comprises of toilet, hand basin, bidet, bath/shower and hairdryer. The bathroom is very spacious and modern. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped, has a 4 ring hob and full electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. iron and ironing board, kettle and toaster. Everything you could need is available, the cupboards are very well stocked with pans etc if you enjoy cooking. |
| Utility Room: | For the summer of 2010 we will be providing a Community Washing Machine, available to use for all guests at a small charge. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has two very comfy sofas. TV with DVD player, video recorder and CD/radio. satellite system offers a wide range of films, music, sport, documentaries etc and radio. We have a huge selection of books and DVD's. A fan & heater are also provided. |
| Other: | Private balcony/sun terrace overlooking the pool, with stunning views of the sea and the hills in the west. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are changed twice weekly, and bedlinen once per week. We are offer a full cleaning of each apartment for stays longer than 1 week. |

Notes on accommodation
If by rare chance the apartment is lacking in any special requirements please ask as we can usually arrange for most things for your convenience and comfort.
Outside
Large pool with sunloungers and patio frniture and outside shower which is for the exclusive use of our guests of the 8 apartments. We have a locked security gate and plenty of parking on the hardstanding just outside.
Coast/Beach
We are central in the coastal resort of Puerto del Carmen and the short stroll from the apartments to the huge Playa Grande Beach promenade is 8 mins. All other beaches etc are very easy to visit either by driving, or catching a bus.
Golf
There is a golf course in Costa Teguise which can be reached by a 20 min drive. A new Golf Course has Opened in Puerto del Carmen which can be reached by a 5 Min drive, or Taxi for 4€.
Special interest holidays
The resort offers many water sports including diving, jet skis, etc and Puerto del Carmen hosts the Iron Man triathlon annually. Diving is very popular here, and we can give you the information of a local Diving School nearby. The new promenade has been adapted with a cycle Lane that runs all the way back to the Airport. Cycles can be hired or you can bring your own with a lot of airlines. There are many Gyms offering lots of different classes. Most sports can be found here.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 12 mins away by taxi, car hire is plentiful both in the airport and close to our apartments. We can also arrange for a private pick up taxi to return you to the airport - ask for details. We will send you the easy information on how to get the taxi when you arrive at the airport. It is a 10 minute or less taxi journey from the airport and the cost is usually 14€.
Distances
3 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. 8 mins walk to the seafront. 12 mins drive to the airport. 10 mins walk into the Old Town. 30 mins bus ride to Sunday market. Various other attractions are never far away, the whole island is only 60km long!!
Further details
The Las Palmeras III Complex is situated in one of the best areas of Puerto del Carmen. Everything is so near, but far enough away to not be noisy. A supermarket that is open from 8.00 - 23.00 is 2 minutes away. A larger selection of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. All the restaurants on the main area of the promenade are 8 minutes away, including the fantastic Playa Grande Beach. We will send you a detailed holiday information pack including all our favourite restaurants. The wonderful Old Town/Port can be reached easily in 10 minutes, where even more fantastic restaurants are. The main bus stop is just down the road, here you can catch a bus to any part of the island if you wish. Taxis are very cheap, and the Taxi Rank is also just down the road..Or if you prefer they will come to the Apartments to take you anywhere you wish. We provide a taxi number, but when possible will even organise this for you. We have 2 Golf Courses. Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. You can have any kind of holiday in this part of Lanzarote as everything is so nearby. Your holiday can be as lively or relaxed as you like. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival consisting of:
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Water, Washing Up Liquid, cloths etc
If you require anything else please ask and we will try our best to supply. We have a English Manager on site who is easily contactable and will help you with anything you need. We can even organise birthday cakes or special occasion cakes if required.
We have large 8 litre bottled water delivered to the complex for guests to purchase at 2 euros. No need to carry from the shops.
Booking notes
Deposits are 50% with order to secure the date, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

About the owner
Our beautiful apartment was bought by my wife Claire and I in 2006. We love the beautiful private balcony and the all day sunshine. Lanzarote has so much to offer as a holiday destination for anyone who just wants to chill out or even for families. Our kids love the water park and the Rancho Texas Park.

We just love the sunshine with the breeze that stops us from getting to hot. Their is lots to do for anyone who like myself doesn't want to sunbath every day.
Unique benefits of the property
We are lucky to be convenient to shops so we can be very lazy when we are there. With the large balcony we can have our meals in the sun which is really nice.
