The Complex from the Beach

The Torres del Sol is in Los Cristianos on the New Las Vistas Beach and so could not be better placed. Consisting of two blocks, the apartments are fully equipped for Self Catering Holidays. Along the promenade there are numerous bars and pavement restaurants, all with very affordable prices. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, supermarket, pool bar and small restaurant. A 24 hour Reception and an office at the main Entrance (English Speaking Staff) plus Laundry Service. For guests leaving the complex late for their flight home there is also a baggage and shower room facility. You can also hire many items ie TV, VCRs. buggies, fans, films, wheelchairs and more. The complex has two swimming pools, one with a children's section, sun terrace, gardens, on site bar and restaurant. There is also a supermarket on site and if your feeling really energetic tennis courts and a children's play area.

Notes on accommodation
The Torres-del-SOL is in Los Cristianos on the New Las Vistas Beach and next door to the Compostela Beach Complex. Consisting of two blocks & surrounded by a 2 floor sections, The Apartments are fully equipped for self catering holidays. Along the promenade there are numerous bars and pavement restaurants, all with very affordable prices. On-site Facilities include a TWO swimming pools, supermarket, pool bar and small restaurant.

Accessibility
The complex and its area is set up for mobility problems. It is right door to a world known Vintasol.

Outside
The Torres Del Sol has gardens, patios, barbecue, outdoor furniture, etc. The swimming pools are shared.

Coast/Beach
The Torres Del Sol is between Las Americas and Los Cristianos and is near the Golf Las Americas Golf Course which is the newest and most prestigious of the four golf courses situated in the south of the island. Ideally located for the centre of both resorts and within easy access of all the other courses the peaceful surroundings are perfect to relax and enjoy the temperate climate, rarely dropping below 70F/21C but in height of Summer it rarely goes above 86F/28C.

Golf
The Torres Del Sol is between Las Americas and Los Cristianos and is very near the Golf Las Americas Golf Course which is the newest and most prestigious of the four golf courses situated in the south of the island.

Travel
The Nearest Airport is Tenerife South Airport and is only a 15 Min Drive away. Car Hire is not Essential but is Recommended if you would like to see the Wonders of Tenerife.

Distances
The Torres Del Sol is Ideally located for the centre of both resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos and is set peaceful surroundings are perfect to relax and enjoy the temperate climate.

Further details
Tenerife has a huge Mountain in the Middle of the Island. Mount Teide stands at a height of 3,718 metres, the summit or crater of this enormous volcano is the highest point not only of the Canary Isles, but also of the whole Iberian Peninsular. On 22nd January 1954 it was declared a National Park, and its 130 sq.km. extend through the municipalities of La Orotava, Guia de Isora, Santiago de Teide and Icod de los Vinos. In 1998 its 3,500,000 visitors outnumbered those of any other National Park in Spain. Mount Teide can be reached from Los Cristianos, or any other part of the island, although the most usual, practical route begins in La Orotava. This way we will pass through the fish hatchery at Aguamansa and go past different miradors, from which, on a clear day, we will be able to admire the lower-lying part of the island.
At a height of 2,000 to 2,500 metres, the abundant vegetation we have been through gives way to the lava landscape characteristic of Las Cafladas, and in the centre, called Circo de las Cafladas, the impressive mass of the Teide peak rises up, surrounded by mountains of considerable height, such as El Cabezon, Guajara, El Roque de las Grietas and Montana Colorada.

Torres del Sol is right next to Everything you need, Best Beach, Best Bars, Best Restaurants, (Chicken King) 10 Mins Walk to 2x Town Centres (Los Cristianos & Las Americas.

The 1 Bedroom Apartment is basic with two single beds and a bathroom. What more do you need? They were very clean which was matched by the rest of the facilities.

The two pools were cleaned out every morning. The Pool in the Centre of the Complex look Brand New. One of the pools is ideal for parents who would like to stay near the bar and still be able to supervise their children. The other is ideal for sunbathing around.

Also looks like a Complete New Lift System has been installed.
Staff at the Torres del sol are all friendly many of them are English inc. bar staff. The reception and supermarket Staff speak little English but are still very friendly and helpful. There is a security guard on site so we always felt safe.
The taxi drivers are friendly and understand English.
Will be coming again.
