Outside
Outside to the front the property has a private drive and garden area. The rear fully enclosed garden has a tiled patio private pool patio furniture and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
There is a choice of beaches close to the property. Corralejo town beaches are 3 mins drive, the famous sand dune and surfing beaches 5 mins drive and the lagoons in El Cotillo about 10 mins by car. The local bus service is very cheap and reliable and serves all these beaches.

Golf
The property is approx 40 mins drive to a 9 and 18 hole golf course and driving range in Caleta de Fuste. There is also a driving range at the Baku Centre in Corralejo

Travel
The airport is a 40 min drive and car hire can be booked direct from the airport, although airport transfers can be arranged. The harbour where you can get the ferry to Lanzarote is located at the far end of Corralejo and takes about 5 min by car. There is an excellent hourly bus service from the complex to Corralejo for only 1 euro and a taxi will cost around 6 euros.

Distances
Tamaragua is located 3km from the main resort of Corralejo, aprox 12km from the fishing Harbour of El Cotillo famous for their fish restaurants and sunsets. The caves at Villa Verde are approx 3km away.

Further details
The popular resort of Corralejo caters for all ages there is a twice weekly market, water park, bowling alley and driving range located at the Baku Centre. The town has a varied range of bars and restaurants offering international cuisine. Bike hire, quad bike tours, surf school and scuba diving are just a few of the activities you can book. Duty free shops and Banks are located along the High Street.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is payable and the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
