This attractive, new semi-detached private villa with its own pool, is situated in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca, about 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants. Villa Lucia is furnished and equipped to a high standard, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and 2 basins set in marble top. The second bathroom has shower, WC, and basin set in marble top. The kitchen is fully equipped with large oven, 4-ring ceramic hob and hood, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill, and washing machine. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, and CD/cassette/radio units, and opens onto the large patio and pool area, with vine-covered pergola, and a roof terrace. There is also a small orchard with fruit trees.

Coast/Beach
The villa is located in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca, with 9 beaches in easy reach. The nearest, Dorada beach is about 15 minutes walk, and the world famous Papagayo beaches under 10 minutes by car.
Golf
There is a golf course on the island, about 35 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
The airport is 30 minutes by car. The ferry port is 3 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended, though local taxis are inexpensive, and there are many bus services all over the island.
Distances
There are many shops, bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca, about 15-20 minutes walk, or 2-3 minutes by car. It is about 1-hour drive to the far north end of the island, and all other places of interest are within this.
