Villa Los Morales is a recently completed, architect designed, split level luxury villa situated in the unspolit Canarian village of El Roque just over 1 kilometre from the fabulous and varied beaches of El Cotillo. Standing in a South West facing plot of over 1300sq metres the villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining rooms and a number of sun terraces. The private pool is heated (not solar) and is surrounded by a large sun terrace and colourful gardens. Situated on the Western edge of El Roque the villa has good all round views.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday. The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Outside
Villa Los Morales stands in its own extensive plot with colourful gardens. The 8 x 4 metre private pool is heated and is surrounded by a large South West facing sun terrace with 6 sun loungers. This terrace also has a shaded pergola area with a table and six chairs. An East facing sun terrace is situated outside the ground floor bedrooms and a private South West facing sun terrace with two sun loungers outside the Master Bedroom upstairs.
Coast/Beach
Villa Los Morales is less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk (about 1K) from the fabulous beaches of El Cotillo. To the North there are sheltered white sand, crystal clear lagoons perfect for children and adults alike. To the South are fantastic golden sand surfing/windsurfing/kite boarding beaches for those that like to take part or just watch.
Travel
El Roque is about 43km from the airport and is a pleasant drive through the changing but still unspolit Fuerteventura. Car hire is not essential but is recommended to make the most of the Island. Most major and local Car Hire Companies have offices in the airport arrivals hall.
Distances
Villa Los Morales is about 1km from El Cotillo, and about a 20 minute drive (through Lajares) to the large tourist town of Corralejo that offers all the facilities and night life that tourists expect. There is a bus service linking El Roque with El Cotillo and Lajares, Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario.
Further details
El Roque has a tiny village shop (about 150 metres away) selling all the basic essentials and El Cotillo has three small supermarkets, very many bars and restaurants and a cash machine. A free bag of charcoal and lighters for the BBQ is provided as is washing powder for the washing machine and dishwasher. Liquid hand soap is provided for all hand basins. A good quality hairdryer is also available for guests' use. To see the actual location of the villa in El Roque log onto Google Earth and go to grid reference 28degrees 41 minutes (06.60) North by 13 degrees 59 minutes (49.30) West. Zoom in to an altitude of about 300metres or 1000feet for a good idea of its favoured location.
Booking notes
A deposit of £120 per week is required on booking, payable by cheque, with the balance due 2 months prior to departure. For late bookings full payment is required to confirm the booking.
