The apartment is centrally located on the Parque Santiago 1 complex and is surrounded by 4 star hotels. There are numerous shops and bars in the immediate vicinity and the seafront and beaches are a short stroll away. This is a ground floor apartment and is located in a beautiful garden complex, merely 10m from a large heated pool and sun bathing area, where sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire at a minimal charge. There is also a poolside bar/restaurant. This self-catering apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge and microwave. In the lounge area there is a TV that has numerous satellite stations, a VCR, DVD and CD player. There is also a safe, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine available for your convenience. The bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and storage areas, and also has a dressing table and a hair dryer.

Nearest airport is Tenerife South. The airport is only a 15 mins drive from the apartment. Arrangements for airport pick and drop off can be made at an extra cost. Please enquire when booking.
