This idyllic family complex is just a 5 minutes walk to Puerto Colon Marina and the adjacent beach. It is in a prime location with easy access to bars, restaurants and the San Eugenio shopping centre. Access to the Ocean Park complex is via a secure gated lane, the apartment is about 20m down the lane at pool level. All the shops, restaurants and bars that you could possibly need are within a very short distance of the complex. The complex also boasts 2 excellent pools; 1 facing the bar on Phase I and the other facing the apartment on Phase II. The pools have separate children's areas and there are ample sunbeds round each pool. The private terrace at the front of the apartment has a secure gate and 6 steps that lead up from the pool area. A matching wrought iron guard-rail runs alongside the steps. The terrace itself is partly shaded by a tree and is a nice place to sit when the sun gets too much.
