Villa SummerSon is a private detached Villa, which sleeps 5/7 people. The Villa has off street parking on a quiet side road on La Capellania and is just 5 minutes drive from the main resort of Corralejo. The rear of the Villa is fully tiled and has a private kidney shaped swimming pool with a table and six chairs. Corralejo has many restaurants catering for a wide range of tastes, plenty of shops to choose from and a new Water Park which opened in 2005. Next door to the water park a marine life centre has opened and for 30 euro you can go swimming with a sealion! They are also getting a shark in the near future of which you will need a PADI dive certificate to go swimming with it! A car is recommened to give you easy access to the main town, the famous sand dunes and more of the fantastic beaches around the island. Corralejo harbour offers day trips over to Lobos or half the day if you fancy, and the glass bottom boat for a spot of Dolphin watching!

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one bedside table.
Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds each with a bedside table and one wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. |

The bathroom has a bath with shower above, bidet and sink with mirrored unit above. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob and has full utensils. |

Storage only. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room has a table with six chairs, two sofas (one sofa bed). TV and DVD player with a small collection of DVDs to choose from. We also have a small selection of books and an Ipod speaker staion. This room also has two ceiling fans. |

Towels and linen are included and changed on a weekly basis. |
Notes on accommodation
We are not liable for any accidents that happen around the pool. We recommend that children under the age of seven are supervised at all times. We respectfully ask that you do not smoke inside the villa but you can smoke outside. No single sex parties thank you!

Outside
The accommodation has its own private pool for sole use of guests only. We have an outside table and six chairs for those wanting to enjoy a meal Al Fresco and two sunloungers. The outside area is fully tiled with a small selection of plants. There is also an outdoor shower.
Coast/Beach
The stunning flag beach, Sand Dunes are approx 10 minutes drive away. Wakkiki beach is fantastic for families is also only 10 minutes drive away heading into Corralejo town. El Cotillo also being the same distance famous for its lagoons. Quite often at these beaches you'll see kite surfing, windsurfing and surfing. There are surf schools if you're feeling adventurous and want to give it a go!
Golf
There is currently an 18 hole golf course under construction opposite the complex the first nine holes are not anticipated to be finished until late spring next year (2008) which you will then be able to use, and then they will start the next phase to finish the course. However there is a very well established 18 hole golf course's approx 40 minutes away in Caleta De Fuste.
Travel
The airport is a 40 minute drive away, car hire is highly recommended and is widely available at the airport. Although once at the villa taxi's and buses are readily available a car would give you easier access to this beautiful Island to go and explore.
Distances
The bustling town of Corralejo is easily accessible only a 5 minute drive from the villa. The zoo is approx just over one hours drive away, fantastic for both kids and adults. The water park and new marine life centre just 5 mins on the way to Corralejo. All local beaches and lagoons within 5-10 mins easy access drive from the villa.
Further details
There is a large supermarket on site a 2 minute walk away which has a wide variety of products. A small bar up from the supermarket has just opened offering drinks and snacks and very reasonable prices. For all your other needs Corralejo has everything else you'll need, banks, post office, with lots of shops restaurants/bars.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance due in full 10 weeks prior to your departure. If your booking is under 10 weeks until your departure we will require the full amount.
A £100 refundable deposit in case of breakages/damage within the property is required prior to occupation. This will be refunded at the end of your stay subject to breakages.
